Great hotel located next to Aizuwakamatsu Station. It’s a great location for being a base to visit all the attractions and great restaurants around the area. It’s a standard Japanese business hotel with basic amenities. Room wise it was definitely above average but it’s a bit on the old side. The bed and pillow was comfortable. Great water pressure too. The room came with breakfast so we managed to have a go just before they close up (pretty early at 9am). The food was basic but tasted really good. Would definitely consider it as it’s a good budget, centrally located and comfortable.

Standard business economy hotel with a spacious room for Japan, you can easily open your suitcase. Everything is simple and convenient. Exceeded our expectations. They give an excellent disposable facial care set. Breakfast is not particularly tasty, even the rice itself and miso soup (it is generally very tasteless).

We were informed in advance that we would arrive at the hotel a little late. The service staff was very kind and explained to us the precautions for housing. They were very friendly. The overall room is clean and simple, very suitable for a short stay.

The hotel is bright. Clean and easy to find. The staff explained everything very clearly. For important things, Trip said they would call me to solve the problem, but there was no call at the reception. I knew Trip was talking nonsense. . . Follow up on Trip's order, (I originally booked the old Ekimae Fuji Hotel, but the front desk said that Tirp did not contact the hotel and did not receive the amount. I was also careful about this company and still owed money to Ekimae Fuji Hotel) with Trip Following them up is just passing the buck,. . (Everyone, be careful...)

It's about a 5-8 minute walk from Aizu Station. There are supermarkets, ramen shops, and drugstores nearby, and the living functions are good. However, the restaurants in Aizu close around 19:30 or earlier, so be sure to go early for food. The room cleanliness and service are all up to standard. The only thing that is surprising is that there is only one elevator. During peak breakfast and check-in hours, you will roll your eyes when you take the elevator. The service staff is very friendly. It's very close to the station. The breakfast is okay. Another factor that makes me want to stay here is that there is a large supermarket next to the station where you can buy local food and goods. It's great and the best place to stay.

The room is clean and tidy. Transportation is convenient. The signs are obvious and easy to find. The front desk is lovely and welcoming.

The staff were kind and polite. I had no particular problems and had a comfortable stay. I asked them to store my luggage on the day of my stay and the next day, and they handled it properly, allowing me to enjoy sightseeing at my own pace. Thank you very much.

Toyoko Aizuwakamatsu is right opposite the station and is very convenient. However, the hotel service staff have poor adaptability. The automatic check-in machine cannot use ********* credit cards, and they will not proactively inform guests that they can use other machines to pay cash and card over there. For a long time, poor communication between the parking tower administrator and the counter was also a problem.

The location is very good, you can see the hotel sign as soon as you come out of Aizuwakamatsu Station. However, the service staff's English ability is limited, but they are still very active in using the translation machine to assist us.
