The hotel was clean and good. I like the concept of taking of the shoes at the front desk to switch to slippers throughout the hotel. Just to note the 20 min walk from the station to the hotel (but is an easy walk down a straight road) and actually from the hotel is also only 20 mins walk to the tsurago castle so super convenient if you are visiting the castle as well.

Great stay. Location is very good. Bathing in common bathroom but there is a hot tub where u can sink your self in it after a long day.

The buildings and facilities are very old, but it is located in the center of the city, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The guests are more likely to be construction workers and other local workers than tourists.
