Love the onsen right beside the river, probably one of the best onsen for my trip. Room was nice and clean. Wish I have stayed an extra day. Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. Definitely recommend.

The location of the hotel is very secluded. A two-minute walk from the hotel is the internet-famous hot spring Okawaso, where you can take photos. The hotel is old but well maintained. 会津鉄道「湯野上温泉」駅から送迎で３キロほどでしょうか。スタッフの対応も良く丁寧でした。大浴場の浴場内の床が畳敷き名のは驚きです。これは本当に滑らずに歩けますね。夕食は「会津料理」ではなく普通の料理？ですね。いい意味での田舎料理とは無縁ですね。明らかに解凍と思われる刺身ー特に鮪は色が変わっていましたね。鮑は必要でしょうか。たちの酢の物もどうかな？山菜尽くしを期待してはいけないでしょうかね。朝食に烏賊の刺身はどうでしょうか？ご一考を！
