We checked in with a good atmosphere, watching a shamisen performance in the lobby. The room was spacious and had a dynamic view of the valley, so we were able to relax in a good mood. The quality of the food and the service was also satisfactory. The open-air bath and the location were also great. Finally, after checking out, my wife's hat that she had left behind was returned to the car by the staff, who was out of breath after climbing the steep stairs. Thank you very much.

nice staff, wifi connection is good. got 2 floors of hot spring, they have sister hotel with another 2 near by, so you can use their hot spring too. the location to the city is around 8 mins drive. it's convient. the breakfast is good , each dish they tell you the ingredients, but just a little sad that If they can also write the English on top. overall, this was a great stay .

But don't blame the hotel. It's the weather. and check-out day Notice that the hotel has a shuttle at the train station. But when we went in to ask Instead it said you didn't reserve it. You must make a reservation at check-in. We ourselves don't know. The front desk staff didn't inform us. So can we ask the staff to make a reservation for us? The staff tried to solve the problem for us. But it seems like the uncle of the driver is dissatisfied, drives very badly and gives us very poor service.

A hot spring hotel with a very high cost performance ratio. It is located halfway up the mountain. The scenery outside the window is very good. You can overlook the entire city while taking a bath. There is a free shuttle bus to and from the nearby bus station. There is also a free shuttle bus to and from the Aizuwakamatsu train station, but reservations must be made in advance and it is a fixed time period. The service is very good. I stayed for two days and needed to change a hotel on the third day. When I checked out of Onyado Toho, the front desk guy was very enthusiastic and asked their shuttle bus to take me to another hotel for free. It was super considerate. The breakfast and dinner were very rich and very fresh. The price was very cost-effective and the experience was great
