The AC of the room was not working. Although hotel staff arranged for a floor fan but the it felt suffocated inside the room. Also room service was not satisfactory. Took 1 hour to deliver a water bottle to my room!!. Bed was not clean with bed bugs present.

nearby activitiesvegetable & fruit vendors are located nearby. important govt. offices are also situated close to the hotel. also, a gas station is just nearby in case if guests wants to refill their vehicles.

The team did not change the bad bedsheet and pillow covers for 3 days, and the reception guy is saying you need to tell us to change the bedsheet and pillow cover. If the guest says clean the room the hotel team needs to change and clean all the rooms properly.
