Just like the title says, this place has great potential to be a really good boutique in a town that is in much need of a good stay option. Unfortunately, though the rooms are basic and neat and the decor is cute across the various areas of the hotel, it suffers from a few key critical flaws. Like the access to the hotel is extremely dodgy and shabby the staff running the place don't seem well trained, etc. LOCATION: Good location in the heart of Aizawl town DINE + DRINK: While the food cooked in the restaurant was unbelievably delicious and authentic, the staff running the place certainly needs more training and professionalism. They seemed to be more interested in watching the movie on the television when we dined, and it felt like we were almost intruding on their private space! Something that needs attention from the management. ROOM: We stayed in Room 24, so this review is based on that; VIEW: Random view of the building next to the hotel from a not-so-clean balcony! ; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; AIR-CON: No Airconditioner in the room!; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower, with a geyser to heat the water!; TOILETRIES: Better to bring your own, as the quality is not that great. FACILITIES: No Gym or any kind of fitness and recreational facilities SERVICE: Certainly the biggest area for improvement, like called out already. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free high-speed Wi-Fi that works well all over the property. Small Plasma TV screen dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages
