Nice establishment overall. However, for a hotel of this standard there are things to review such as the friendliness of certain staff members. The service which is sometimes not up to the asking price and the state of the terraces in the rooms. We will keep good memories when the 5 stars are not there.

One night stay, nice hotel. Very slow on check in, and on arriving at room, key wouldn’t work? Returned to reception and joined the queue again …… Nice spacious room with all the facilities. Had evening meal in restaurant, delivered wrong starter, but eventually got sorted. Nice meal, quick service. Great breakfast and ample parking on site.

We stayed at the Mercure for 3 nights, and we will not reiterate. We booked a privilege room with terrasse. Cons. - There was no desk in the room, hence, extremely unpractical to work. - The internet connection is so slow, you cannot attend a simple online meeting. - The shower was a complete mess: on the second day the shower hose broke and sprayed all over the bathroom. Third day, the rainfall shower had so much flow (even on minimum) that it flooded the bathroom. - The terrasse had an alrightish view with the top of the mountains, however, it was direct on the passing road (quite noisy during the day) - There is a railway track nearby, and the noise is loud enough even with the window closed. - The staff is kind but not trained, 4 people were needed to find an answer to our question regarding their own services. - If you're an Accor member (even Diamond), you do not get any benefit out of your stay: no priority check-in lane, only one welcome drink for the Accor member, no breakfast, no enhanced internet. Still wondering why they pay the Mercure franchise... Pros - Location near the Revard and Chambéry - Access to the spa facilities (did not use though)

Very disappointing experience with a 4-star hotel. Not family friendly. Lots of waiting time for the room to be ready on arrival. Waited 45minutes for it. The swimming pool is not for 16 and below. It is ridiculous. We were advised to go to the pool at Ibis next door. Requested an extra bed and baby bed but end up receptionist telling me there is no space in the room. It is a really spacious room I would say. Please put in some effort into your attention to customers. The double shower should be a fantastic experience but ended up à flooding bathroom. No shower curtain, water cannot be drained quickly as both are in use. Lack of division between the wet and dry shower area. (Asked for shower curtain but there was none. Then why is there a pole?) Massage was very average but pricy. 60€ for 30minutes which I was to to wait. Which took me 12minutes late to start. Lots and lots of waiting time in this hotel by the time we step in. Waited long to have a room. Waited long to have massage session started. Waited long for food in restaurant. (Please refer to my comment into Restaurant bioz) Mini gym, highly restricted swimming pool, water leaking shower. We are here for a lovely holiday but loads of time taken up just to wait things to happen. Won’t be returning at all.

I had a one night stay and had a very spacious room with a balcony, which was comfortable and well equipped. The restaurant was excellent, extremely good value for the high quality of the food. Buffet breakfast also was very good. Staff were friendly. Spacious grounds in a good location and it all added up to an enjoyable visit. The guest wifi needs improving.

Un bel endroit pour se reposer et profiter du magnifique lac du Bourget. Cet hotel est très accueillant et agréable. Les piscines, la sauna et le hamac sont très appréciables et ajoutent un plus à ce magnifique lieu de repos et de ressourcement. Petit-déjeunes très copieux et très varié

Mercure haut de gamme. Large parking avec chargeur pour véhicule électrique puissant. Personnel aimable. Chambre confortable. Très bonne literie. SPA possible. Restaurant et repas brasserie possibles. Dans un parc. Facile d'accès, proche de tresserve.

Très bien; chambre confortable, personnels discrets, disponibles, souriants et « à l’écoute », un excellent week endroit prolongé; quand aux soins, le confort d’aller de sa chambre à l’espace soin en peignoir est un véritable plus, l’ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins pour les clients. Nous étudions si bien que nous avons pris tous nos repas sur place. A faire sans hésiter 👏🏻

Nous venons de passer 4 nuits au Mercure d’Aix les Bains. Accueil sympathique, personnel pro. L’hôtel à été rénové il y a pas si longtemps que ça et déjà dans notre chambre des marques... peinture manquantes sur les portes, dans la salle de bain trace de moisissures... ceci dit, déco sympa, les chambres sont plutôt grandes et bien que la nôtre donne sur la route, très bonne isolation phonique. Le petit déjeuner est top, vous trouverez de tout, et le personnel est extrêmement réactif. Merci.
