I had a tiny room in this huge, impersonal hotel. For the price I was expecting a better experience. My room overlooked a very unpleasant looking car park. The canopy below my room was filthy, had rubbish on it and was unkempt. The window frames were mouldy, in and outside the room (see photos). At the restaurant I asked if I could have my meal in my room. They said yes but without specifying that they was an ”eat-out” With the exception of a very helpful and friendly man in the breakfast restaurant, the hotel staff were impersonal and ineffective.

What I liked · The hotel was modern and well-kept, and breakfast was good and plenty of buffets. What I didn't like · The location of the hotel: it was far from the center and the port, where there is the main walk of the city. The hotel also justified the lack of cleaning of the room with anti-covid measures, for four days they never cleaned, the basket was blew out of waste and the bathroom was also missing the stick to clean the cup. The decision is ridiculous because the kitchen staff touched the dishes, cups, pots and everything that was used for breakfast, as well as the fact that breakfast buffet was used by all the same pins to take the In addition, while booking for half-pension, just the night of San Silvestre we left without booking at the restaurant. The hotel is very comfortable and spacious. The staff are very welcome and warm! The meals are very good and breakfast with a sugar and salty choice. The space to be well is beautiful. The care and massage have been very good and pleasant.
