"One of the most unforgettable experience in my life! The hotel is beautiful situated! Our room is modern and clean! I enjoyed having a stroll in the beautiful garden! It was amazing to have wine tasting and Michelin starred dinner in the hotel. The entire experience was exclusive! I enjoyed staying in this chateau hotel with my husband. It’s one of the highlights in our honeymoon trip."

"The room is very good, it is big in European hotels, the environment is beautiful! The service was very good. I arrived at the hotel at 8 o'clock in the morning. I thought that we would store our luggage until the afternoon according to the usual practice. I didn't expect that there was a room to check in directly. The hotel's heated pool and restaurant are very beautiful, the dessert of the restaurant Shufle is absolutely amazing!"

"The location is good, and the valet parking fee is included, so it's cheap and great.
The variety and taste of the bread for breakfast is like a gourmet bakery.
What's unique is that they hung a small painting next to the room lake, which was so cute and stylish and gave off a feeling of something.
I feel good every time I enter the room.
The staff always greeted me with a smile when they came and went, and since it's a Marriott, I had a great time at a cheap 5-star hotel."
"The service was great and the workers was really nice and always available.. location was great had everything close by and 30mins away from Marseille.. The restaurant was nice and food on point.. Only thing is the room had a tiny fridge and no microwave to even hot up some left overs and the outlets where far from the bed and not even my CV available so had to charge one thing at a time.. other than that I had a great time"
"Fabien a l’accueil est très très bien j’ai peu lui indiquer une petite chose qui m’a gêné (seau espagnol et papier sur le palier du 3quand j’allais à ma chambre qui n’avait rien faire la- ci joint l photo)"

Very Good
GGuest UserI really like the hotel's spa facilities, massage with my daughter, and spa, it is very convenient to have free parking spaces. The service staff are very polite, the flaw is that the water in the basin can't leak, the others are very satisfied; the location is very good, the breakfast is very satisfactory.
IIRINAThe hotel is a bit far from the sights and the city center - about 20 minutes walk. I took a single room with a discount. The room is clean, there is air conditioning. The bed is comfortable.
The bathroom has a bathtub with very high sides. The hangers in the closet are arranged in such a way that the closet door does not open properly, it is difficult to hang clothes on the hangers - your hands do not reach. The furniture is old, some things are broken. There is a safe, but it is very high, you have to stand on a chair to put something in it. The hallway-kitchen has everything you need: a stove, a microwave, a refrigerator, etc. Unfortunately, there is no iron. The hotel has an elevator, good soundproofing.
The room is suitable for travelers for 1-2 nights. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at the hotel, because the price was low for July.
AAnonymous UserI stay at this hotel every time I come to Aix. It has a great location, a bus stop downstairs, a large room, an iron, a beautiful balcony and a swimming pool. Five-star recommendation.
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is excellent particularly during the period of the Cezanne exhibition of 2025 because it is less than 200 meters from the Granet museum where the works of Cezanne are exhibited. It is also within walking distance to most attractions in Aix. The hotel though small is clean and well kept.
RRick SipesThe hotel is a good choice for budgetminded travelers but it is somewhat distant from the center of the city. It took about a half hour to walk to the rotonde, which is the center of Aix. However, along the way to the rotonde are plenty of cafes, shops selling food, wine and bread. The route is pretty direct and leads directly to Cours Mirabeau, the main thoroughfare of Aix, You can take a taxi from the rotonde to the hotel for 8 Euros. Breakfast provided a nice selection of European breakfast choices and you could dine on the outside terrace on the days that it was open. The hotel didn't have laundry facilities, but there is a pressing service(dry cleaner) a short walk from the hotel on Gambetta that will do laundry. My personal biggest negative was that you have to climb a steep driveway and then some stairs to reach the entrance to the hotel. Although you can bypass the stairs by entering through the garage and taking a lift to the main floor, you still have to walk to reception at the entrance. If you're carrying luggage, either way it's a trek. I'm in my eighties, so at the end of a day of walking, climbing the hill was a chore. All in all not a bad choice.
NNoopyJieJieFree parking at the hotel. Hotel room is nice and modern. Very comfortable environment. Breakfast is good with the basic selections. Sofa bed is big enough and can accommodate maximum up to 3 persons in a room. Highly recommended. Good location to access to Valensole and Les Baux De Provence.
Ccet7A very beautiful hotel with a very convenient location. It is in the alley diagonally opposite the Aix bus terminal. From there, there are direct shuttle buses to the airport and Marseille. The room facilities are also very complete, the swimming pool is clean, and the service is very good
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance of bustling streets. The room has air conditioning, a small kitchenette, and a TV with screen mirroring capabilities. Overall, the room is very clean. I would consider staying here again next time.
NnolwennLate arrival at 2am, the guy at the terminal really not cool, rude. I explained to him that I had already paid but he made me pay a second time. Fortunately the lady at reception refunded me and she was very nice.

GGuest UserMy wife and l very much enjoyed our stay with Paul in this charming apartment in the centre of beautiful Aix-en-Provence. It exceeded our expectations, l didn't realise there would even be cooking facilities in the studio, and a delightful communal courtyard in which one can eat and drink, or just relax. We'll definitely return.
