The room is spacious and clean. 5 mins walk to the town entrance and a few convenience stores around the hotel. There is a foods vending machine at lobby if you want something fast and coin laundry is available too. However it takes sometime for the room to be cool as the air con is facing the window, not the bed. So, it’s slight warmer in the summer.

Good location, the renovated rooms are good, make sure to ask for one. However they didn’t get our room configuration correct, despite asking specifically multiple times.

CATASTROPHIQUE... Nous avons réservé une nuit le week-end dernier. À notre arrivée à l'hôtel, après avoir passé un bon moment à chercher une place de parking car celui de l'hôtel était complet, on nous a informés qu'il n'y avait plus d'appartement disponible en raison d'un bug sur les plateformes de réservation. Le réceptionniste nous a tout de même proposé un appartement sans climatisation. Il s'est avéré que cet appartement n'avait pas d'électricité (le compteur avait sauté) et était dans un état vétuste. Nous avons donc refusé d'y passer la nuit.
L'hôtel refuse de nous rembourser...

It is under renovation. The corridor and room have a strong smell. Some rooms cannot open the window and the toilet smells.
The hotel is in a great location! The room is large, the service is very good, and they helped us change the room (the toilet still smells, but the window can be opened for ventilation). You can cook! In short, it meets the three-star rating.

Functional and quiet apartment. Very comfortable bedding. The breakfast was varied (more bread selection would have been a plus). The hotel parking lot was full, but we easily found parking on the street behind the hotel.
