Hotels Near FNAC Aix-en-Provence in Aix-en-Provence

L’établissement est facile à trouver, et on peut s’y garer facilement grâce au parking qu’il faut réserver bien à l’avance car il n’y a pas beaucoup de place. Le parking est un peu cher 15 € la nuit. Dix euros aurait suffit. On peut éventuellement trouver des places à l’extérieur mais ce n’est pas très facile. L’établissement est neuf, climatisé, insonorisé, avec un petit espace cuisine et une literie très confortable. Il y a quand même quelques manque : pas de ménage, pas de lit fait chaque jour, pas de changement de serviette. Au prix où on paye, ce n’est pas normal. Une formule de petit déjeuner express, boisson chaude et chocolatine ou croissant. Pour 5,50 €, une formule plus sophistiqué avec un jus d’orange et sinon un buffet à 16 € à la française. Un très bel espace d’accueil et de restauration. Mais le vrai plus de cet établissement, ce qui fait la différence par rapport aux autres hébergements c’est le personnel. J’ai été accueilli par Marie-lou, qui a prêté beaucoup d’attention à mes demandes, qui s’en est très bien occupé et qui est une vraie professionnelle. Elle m’a donné plein de conseils utiles. Ces deux collègues, Jonathan et Nathan sont tout à fait adorables et serviables, disponible et très à l’écoute. Quant à Abdou pour la nuit, il est disponible et a toujours un bon mot le soir quand vous rentrez. Ce sera ma nouvelle résidence secondaire quand je reviendrai à Aix-en-Provence. Very comfortable hotel, everything worked ok in the room, tv, kettle, fridge, shower with good hot water. Everything was very clean and convenient. It also had a kitchenette with pans, pots, cutlery and crockery. Hotel is located right at the heart of the Village, walking distance to everything!. Special thanks to the reception staff that were super nice and Friendly. I stayed in Room 207, where there was zero noise from the street. Thanks!.🙂

This business needs a huge overhaul. It is unacceptable to rob guests with such terrible accommodation. I had booked 10 days in this place. Upon my arrival after a long trip with my heavy backpack, the receptionist ignored me as I waited for her to greet me. What a greeting! 'You will need to bring your rubbish in the bin before you leave; you will be given fresh linen in four days; you need to sign in to the internet every time you use it; you will need to do the dishes before you leave' etc...No welcome words, only orders. I felt I was signing in to jail! I have been in hostels in the past, am well travelled and I manage my expectations, but this was far worse than any hostel, airbnb, hotel, or residence I have ever been to. Upon entering my studio - I would not call it an apartment, I found the shower head dirty, the wastebasket dirty, the walls bare of any decor except for a cheap frame. There was only ONE plastic hanger in the closet, with all the others broken. In the kitchen, there was a 2oz bottle of washing detergent and not much at all, not even a coffee maker, just a kettle. There was only one roll of toilet paper for my 10 day stay. No one was ever at the reception except early in the mornings. You could not reach anyone in the afternoon or evening. When I ran out of toilet paper, I asked on my way out to have a few rolls dropped in my room. Upon my return that night, nothing. Luckily I met some guests who were sitting outside (equally unhappy with the residence), who saved me and were most kind, bringing me a roll. When the next morning I asked for toilet paper again, after having left a note at the unstaffed reception desk, I was finally given some. But fresh towels after 4 days? The response was ”well, I don't know, I have to ask my colleague...” I could not believe the staff's attitude. I was happily able to find a place 8 days later and could not leave soon enough. (Unfortunately, in high season and at the last minute, accommodations are nearly impossible to find in Aix.)

We have spent one night in this hotel a few kilometers from the center of Aix en Provence. The check in was quick and smooth and our room spacious and fairly clean. It was a pleasure to enjoy the swimming pool on a hot day like the one we had. It was a good stay and very good value for money considering the high prices in high season.

Catastrophique ! L'hôtel est très mal insonorisé. Un évènement d'entreprise a eu lieu ce soir là (lundi soir) sans avoir privatisé l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Résultat : énorme bringue jusqu'à 1h30 du matin .... la configuration du site fait que cette soirée s'est déroulée au centre du site et les chambres donnent toutes dessus en arc de cercle dans d'autres bâtiments. Ces chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées (bruit des voitures du personnel certainement qui passent au pied des bâtiments...) .... pour le reste : literie, chambre et petit déjeuner corrects. à fuir donc si vous cherchez le calme

It is not a hotel but an aparthotel-type residence and there was no room cleaning service. When I went to ask they told me that cleaning was only done every 4 days and since we were 3, no one did the room or the bathroom during our stay. They offered me cleaning products so I could clean it myself. I was stunned. They didn't even have a bottle of cold water and it was very hot. The receptionists are very unprofessional. The breakfast was very complete but there was no toaster. I do not recommend at all. And they say they have 4 stars.

A one night stop at this Kyriad hotel which was in a convenient location as I had to drive to Marseille airport the following morning. An easy smooth check in and I was made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious and comfortable and included a table, kitchen, and a safe deposit box. There was no evening meal when I was there but there is a large commercial centre which I drove to and there are plenty of eating options there. There is secure gated parking at the hotel.
