Hôtel Lakasbah Ait Ben Haddou

This hotel was certainly great in the 70s and 80s but everything needs to be reviewed now. Let's start with the negative points: - The bathroom: room too small - no hot water the first evening and the next morning, lukewarm water the second evening and the last day. The towels were changed on the 2nd day, which is not necessary, the staff should be trained to protect the environment (water is to be saved) - The room: correct size - in the afternoon we had to ask for the rooms to be made up - The restaurant: no credit card and limited menu - The price was way too high for the product offered The positive points: - The location: on the main square, no parking problem - A view splendid from the restaurant terrace where breakfasts are served. The restaurant is a few meters from the hotel - The manager: Mustafa. With perfect French, he welcomed us warmly and accepted our criticisms, which were intended to be constructive, with understanding and did his best to remedy the water and cleaning problems - The establishment was very clean It is obvious that no investment has been made for years, the furnishings and decor, everything was as it was decades ago! These days there is a lot of competition in Aït-Ben-Haddou with small, welcoming and up-to-date riads/hotels, no more expensive, even sometimes cheaper, than the Kasbah.

L'hotel est vraiment sale, les murs s'effritaient sur le lit, la douche sans eau chaude, chambre vraiment petite. Le seul point positif c'est qu'il est à coté d'un très bel endroit mais c'est tout ce qu'il a. Je décommande vraiment cet hotel !!!
