Suzanne was a great host, very knowledgeable with a gluten free diet which made me feel very safe eating. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Guest House is in a great location and central to the town centre. We were attending a family party and the guest house was very near to the venue which made our stay even better. Parking to the rear and spacious which was a great bonus for us. Our host Suzanne was very friendly and could not do enough for us and even gave me a loan of an iron and iron board. Breakfast was lovely and we were offered more if we wanted it which again was a bonus. Room was very spacious and clean and comfortable and we stayed in room 3 which yes it is to the front of the house but once we closed the windows at night we were not affected by the traffic. I would definitely recommend this guest house and will do so to all our family and friends and we will definitely be back to stay. Thank you Suzanne for your hospitality and friendliness as it made our stay so much more enjoyable ❤️

Lovely B &B very welcoming landlady. Nice decor throughout especially the pictures of the highland cows. Room was pleasant and clean. Hairdryer a bonus! Wonderful breakfast kept me full all day

Stayed over for one night. Had everything we needed, extremely clean, comfortable sleep, and lovely accommodating host. Appreciated the real coffee at breakfast too! Great value for money.

I stayed for 4 nights for my uearly trip to visit friends and family. From arriving to leaving Suzanne was very welcoming and the food was very good. The room fler homely and was bed was rather comfortable to sleep on. I'd definitely stay again if the chance to visit friends and family arrises again next year.

Friendly hosts , comfy bed and sparkling unsuited. Bonus of secure parking. We really enjoyed our two night stay , located equidistant from Glasgow and Edinburgh with good transport links .We enjoyed our delicious breakfast and felt very comfy in this homely bnb Thank you

We were Asian descent, English speaking sisters and made this booking based on excellent reviews. We were offended and bewildered by our treatment. On the plus side: facilities were good; ensuite double room was comfortable with tea making facilities, breakfast was fresh and vegetarian option was available, the establishment was clean throughout. Negatives: We were bewildered and upset by the attitude of the host who was perfunctory at best, not at all friendly or welcoming, very tight lipped, never smiled. She never engaged in any friendly chatter and we were not made to feel welcome. During breakfast we were not asked to help ourselves to juice and cereal, we noticed it and helped ourselves assuming it was included. we were not shown to our seats and then when we sat where we decided to, we were told she had prepared a different table for us. This made us feel awkward. We made sure we were well mannered at all times and said thank you on leaving. I would not recommend anyone staying here. We will not be booking again.
