Hotels near JR Kinko station, Aira

A small hotel near Aeon. Three stories tall? I think that's how it was. It is difficult to use public transportation, but if you use your own car, the location is easy to find and the parking lot is wide and easy to use. Of course, the parking lot is free and you can take it in and out freely. I used the Hollywood twin room this time, but it was a fairly spacious room, the bath was independent, and the shower head was a miracle shower. I was excited to use it for the first time, but I was not particularly impressed with the feeling that fine water droplets came out. Breakfast did not have many kinds of side dishes, but it was delicious. Also, you can go to Kagoshima Airport in about 20 minutes on the lower road. On the other hand, it is better to wait 30 to 40 minutes in the less crowded time to Kagoshima City, and 1 hour or more in the morning.

National route １０ upward. The appearance is called loveho or Pachinko palace style. The interior is a Ro-shaped one-room condominium style. The parking space with the roof is certainly narrow. There is a little margin without the roof. The toilet and bathroom are separate and stylish on the floor. The large suitcase is tight to open and close. It is not an auto lock. Walking distance to Aeon Town, but the food corner is located in the farthest West block and is difficult to buy large. Breakfast is full of small dishes using local ingredients. Miso soup is a white miso that is instant.

Hotel Kyocera is probably one of the largest hotel in Kirishima. It has two buildings ( main and annex) and looks quite good architecturally. They are connected by a bridge on the 3 floor which has the walking escalator- and a display of the various places that have been listed as world heritage sites in Japan. Inside the main building, there is a glass church which is ideal for weddings. In the basement, there is a large onsen, and spa. It is certainly a good place for having a holiday. The overall condition of the rooms are good- and the rooms are of good size. My room faces the East and has a perfect view of sunrise! Fontana no Oka Kamo is located in Aira and takes about 25 minutes by car from Kagoshima Airport, near Kirishima Jingu and Kirishima Jingu Onsen Resorts. Yukata are available for guests to wear during their stay. Guests may borrow hair dryers and kettles at no additional charge (please inquire at the front desk for details). Facilities include a communal bath, a sauna and an open-air bath. The hotel possesses 18 guest rooms.

Stayed 2 nights in end Jan 2023. Hotel is located directly across the Kagoshima Chuo Station which is convenient if you need to take the train early morning, or explore the other area, as the bus and tram line is nearby as well.  You can access the hotel via the round link from the station on the 2nd floor and cross a road at the end of the link or via the underground basement beside the shopping mall next to the station on level 1, completely sheltered. There is a nice food place at the basement of the hotel and a mart just beside the hotel on level 1. The reception is on the 7th floor where you can get toiletries like cleansing gel,  razor, comb, cotton bud, etc. Check in was fast and simple, though check in time is fixed at 3 pm.  Staff were friendly. Hotel is clean and well maintained.  Rooms were reasonably big for hotels in Japan. Bathroom have separate shower and tub area.  Good view of the ferries wheel across my room.  Bed was comfy, sleeping robe provided. Safe deposit box not working though. Wifi is reasonably good.  Would consider staying again if coming to this area.

Pretty good. There is a free shuttle bus to the hotel, which is very convenient for walking around the city. The hotel is very big, it is close to Christmas🎄The festive atmosphere is very strong, the night view is beautiful, and the breakfast is also very rich.

I found this place when I lived in Kirishima Onsen Village and tried to move to another place. Check-in at 4 o'clock.. I arrived early.. I got off at the nearest train station and picked up the service later, 4 check-in was a bit late. Because it is a residential area, you can't see anything near Yokan. On the contrary, it is really quiet, so it’s nice to rest. There are too many kaiseki dinners, I did not apply, I only applied for breakfast. The breakfast time was really good, I looked at the scenery outside~~The hot spring was too slippery.. The stone was too slippery. I enjoyed the hot spring very carefully. The location is not very good. . Most Japanese people come here.. Most of the staff can only speak Japanese.. When you stay in a ryokan, please show the important content printed in English Thank you very much for taking care of me.

The Sherton Hotel in Kagoshima was an absolute gem of a hotel! This is our first visit to Japan, and we are admittedly nervous about the language barrier and cultural change from the US. From the moment we checked in, the staff has bent over backwards to make sure we are comfortable and have done a fantastic job to make this stay completely comfortable and enjoyable. The location is perfect right at the center of downtown Kagoshima, and the rooms, restaurants, and common spaces have more in common with a Four Seasons than with what is standard Sheraton in the US. We were not able to take advantage of the spa, but the Onsen (Hot Springs Sauna) was so relaxing and rejuvenating — especially after 26 hours of flights to get here! HIGHLY recommended. Thank you to the staff that has helped make our 4 days in Kagoshima a memorable experience! Now off to Hiroshima!

. It was about 25000 yen per night. The room had two large refrigerators and two semi open-air baths connected to the hot water and the hot water. Both are source water. Dinner started with bird sting, pickles of non-pesticide vegetables, sticks of non-pesticide vegetables, vegetables, and lava baking of meat centered on chicken. Lava is said to be a lava in Sakurajima. Breakfast was self-service, with vegetables and a little food, and it was about a business hotel. This inn seemed to be doing a day trip rental bath, and there were many private rooms with open air burial in the building. I thought I could use it for time rental without staying next time. The hot spring is a carbonated spring, but it was not a carbon dioxide bubble, but it was a hot spring containing the same hydrogen carbonate ion as a heavy soda. At first, I thought that I didn't need two inner baths, but it was quite good because I could change the temperature like hot water and warm water.
