Very clean, staff very polite. English not spoken but staff are easy to communicate with. Free WiFi so can use a translate app if necessary. Free breakfast in lobby which was great but no tea! Directly opposite station which has Shinkansen connection. 7-11 short walk on opposite side of station but small convenience next to hotel as well. Roms very clean but bathroom very small, my daughter and I are both 5' 10 so really felt the tight squeeze but was no real problem. Came here to visit daughters friend whose family was kind enough to show us all the local area. Great base for exploring.

This was maybe the only major chain hotel in Ako at this time. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my only drawback I found was the lack of amenities. Ako for me was a must so this was the only real choice I had; now the real big plus is that it is attached to this small train station creating a possible future anchor spot in town.

Our three families are travel friends who met on the cruise. I always went to the hotel once a year to exchange information, but this time I will be held at the Remax Resort used by travelers. It was good for the customer service, the room size, the public bath was a bit small but clean and the meal was a morning dinner buffet, but it was a good feeling to take between the customer service and the guest. I went home and made a reservation a week later.

It is a hotel that I will definitely use if there is. The rooms are clean and the bath is large and relaxing. It was a pity that I was personally, but I couldn't get caught in the hot water in the bath. It's perfect if you can put a little more hot water (too big) I think ordinary people are okay at all. The breakfast is a little disappointing, but above all, the bed is big and the room is big. It's great for that. Hopefully, I want you to have a cushion so that you can sit down for a long time, but Chisan Inn is a hotel that you can be very satisfied with wherever you stay.

The hot springs are particularly good, the shampoo shower gel is of good quality, the hair dryer, the lotion lotion conditioner, are all available. Hygienic and comfortable, comfortable beds and comfortable air conditioning. The scenery is very open and beautiful. I've been worried about it for a long time, so I chose to stay here to visit Kobe. It is a short walk from Himeji Station and Sanyo Himeji Station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around. The hotel is also beautiful. Apart from the bath and toilet, the air conditioner is sufficient. It is the quality of Daiwa Roynet Hotel. Personally, it is negative that the window does not open, but it is unavoidable because of the structure of the hotel. On the contrary, if it opens, it is dangerous because it is along the street. The front desk was told in advance that breakfast would be crowded, but the curry and oden were delicious. I will go again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The service was also excellent, and since I am partially paralyzed, I was relieved by the considerate services such as opening/closing service in front of the elevator and lending chairs for the bath.I would definitely stay here again.

I used a single room The bed was large and the bedding was comfortable, but the elevator was nearby and there was a lot of noise, so I couldn't get a good night's sleep. The room is clean but feels old. The front desk staff was polite and pleasant.

An excellent hotel with hotspring and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy the hotspring with the sea view. I have seen the sunrise and sunset in the hotspring, it is very very remarkable. Staff are very friendly and helpful, they will help you to set up tatami when you went for the dinner. Everything is so decent and wonderful. Highly recommend people to discover this hidden gem in Hyogo.
