Where do I even start?? To begin with the bedding was filthy full of stains the pillows had urine stains all over them a the bedding was damp. The Bathroom was full of mold an damp I have copd an can not be in an environment like this also slugs climbing up walls in shower! The carpets had been down since the 18th century as you can see from the pictures full of holes a dirty stains a trip hazard don’t like they have ever seen a hoover! The rubbish in the yard was overflowing from mattresses to tvs to millions of bin bags piled high an to top it off I woke up too 2 rats joining me in my room one was sitting on my bed I’m absolutely horrified never in my life have I experienced a ratatouille moment like that waking up to a long tail curled up beside me I have been unwell very unwell and smells of drains is disgusting. I told the managers when there was eventually someone present at reception they just laughed at me said that they would get a cleaner in next week and did not take me seriously but they will do because this place needs closing down with immediate effect and the Liverpool echo will be getting notified because this is not normal to have an experience like this. This place needs closing down. As you can see from the pictures it’s a proper horrible overrun with rat infestation disgusting give me nightmares!!!! If you want to do a bush tucker trail this is the place to do it also people knocking at ye door all night harassing ye. Disgusting.

It was disgusting. Dust and stains on carpets in hallway, tins of paint and dust sheets lying in hallways. Carpet in room (209) was new but room in general was gross. Room was a split room with bathroom up an internal staircase. Bathroom was dirty and obviously not cleaned. A kettle was in room but no cups or tea making items. The lock on inside of door didn’t work. I felt so unsafe. The worst thing was I took my shoes off and stood up and stood strait on a sharp point(?nail/screw?). Felt like it was a hostel not a hotel. The person in next room asked me when I had moved in and did I have butter!!!!!! I didn’t stay the night, I left an hour after I booked in. DO NOT stay here. ☹️☹️☹️☹️
