Longefoy
Clean and comfortable hotel with super pleasant hosts. Nice restaurant with local food - large open fire, local free ski shuttle right outside the door (daily operating - except saturday - with hourly up and down trips)
I rented a locker at Montalbert Intersport where I hired skis - Longefoy (pron.“Longshfoi”) is a steep but short walk 35 mins up 25 down to Montalbert base so you dint necessarily need to rely on the bus. There is one other cafe / restaurant in this small village - and plenty of options in Montalbert.

Great place with warm atmosphere
Very nice and warm atmosphere. The breakfast was great and the dinner menue was created on daily basis and was very tasteful.

We were passing through on a Tuesday evening, despite the restaurant being closed, the owner kindly offered to cook for us as no restaurant was open nearby. The room was clean, the bedding was good quality, a large modern bathroom, it was perfect. The meal was excellent, as was the breakfast. Fresh produce, cold meats, fruit, juice... Very welcoming and very friendly. Very good value for money.
