Pleasant stay, friendly and helpful staff.

Even if the welcome remains pleasant and smiling..the goal of a hotel remains to sleep well in peace and to rest to leave the next day..unfortunately extremely hard bed..non-existent soundproofing..for an extremely high price..shame. .restaurant side typical dish of the region..average

We went to Tourmaline to spend a Christmas weekend, we were disappointed by the spa and the swimming pool, we heard at least 30 minutes for the sauna to be started, we weren't even able to enjoy all these moments of relaxation because the person had difficulty turning on the sauna and heating it a second person arrived to help the jacuzzi was really dirty with hairs the water was not clear we had to report it so that it could be emptied and filled again you was extra even the bathrobe which is normally included in moments of relaxation not swimming pool summer of 10 € in addition I have never seen a hotel that charged everything extra especially that for a lunch which costs 16 € it's is huge we had to go and have our lunch at the local bakery you should really avoid this type of hostel because it's really a scam especially since the room was 120 € per day however the only opinion I can give, It's the receptionist Melina who apologizes for this inconvenience. A little message for the managers of this hostel, you should instead build loyalty among your customers and not charge extras because that could really put a thorn in your side because a person has just spent time paying quite a lot and doesn't want to break the bank. the mountain already that there are many other things to pay for with family, friends or as a couple, happy Christmas to all

6 day stay in a room to be refreshed with a 140 bed where we slept very poorly. Worn and dirty carpet. No air conditioning essential for summer and dark room. Very expensive breakfast 16 euros/person for the buffet offered. It is better to have lunch at the bakery further away. Very expensive compared to the services. Not recommended. We will not come back.

We have just returned from a 3 day stay at this hotel. The staff is very pleasant and the services offered by the hotel are top notch. The pool and jacuzzi are very clean and everything is well maintained. We will definitely come back next year.
