The location of this hotel is prime. But this hotel is in severe need to be updated. It's overpriced. There's rust everywhere. The floor was so dirty that I had to wash my slippers before packing them away. I typically clean surfaces with bleach water, but this needed scrubbing. There was mold in the freezer drip tray. Sticky stains on the shelves. The tub was filled with water during my shower. I had to remove the plug and set it aside.

the price point was OK If the bathroom was clean and updated a real toilet seat would have been nice. none of the towels were clean even the ones we requested, the tub was poor, and the shower head was discussing there was animal hair everywhere. the bed frames were broken and more animal hair. the front door meets the frame so we did not know if critters would come in. the microwave needed to be replaced it was old and discussting.

Staff was great and property was nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only issue I had was the breakfast option- there really only had cereal and some bagels. No juice or anything

I was disappointed because i was trying to book a room in Augusta Ga and the room have a hot tub. Which both were advertised in the ad is why I booked it. But it was 45 minutes from Augusta and room has no hot tub. I was pretty mad !!

refund required Pool was covered up, and not able to use. Bed spring was broken on one side and very uncomfortable. There was no spa tub in our king bedroom as described when room was booked. Workout room was full of trash and debris and unable to use at all. Breakfast was awful. No milk. No juice. There was a waffle maker, but no batter. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, good hot water.
