Shame on you for renting this accommodation as if it were habitable to passing tourists: it is NOT! In our long history of visits to France, this is the first time that we find ourselves in a place so ill-suited to the needs of its customers. The place is in such dire need of renovation that it looks dirty even though it probably isn't. It's impossible to sit in front of the TV, even the kitchen chairs are too shallow for small adults and we're not talking about the assembled pieces of wood that serve as a "couch". And the mattresses all need to be changed, they have clearly exceeded their lifespan. Not surprising there are no user comments...there is now one. Dominique, at reception, was kind but despite all his good will he cannot do anything without the will of the owners.

NOTHING IS WRONG….. Welcome by the manager, ok But we feel that he is bad in this role, we quickly understood. NOTHING works in this establishment. As soon as we arrive, the elevator does not go down to the ground floor!!!!!!!!!!!! And to take said elevator, you have to go up one floor via a pitiful, dangerous access………. Between a wall and an interior staircase at head height, whether you are 1m60 or 1m85 tall, there is necessarily a metal step, not protected at all!!!!!! at head height, eye level DANGER UNCONSCIOUSNESS I MENFOUTISM This establishment should not receive the public, WHAT DOES THE SECURITY COMMISSION DO, has there been one who has been there? The table is dangerously wobbly, propped up by a thickness of cardboard!!!!!!!! The fridge is either lukewarm or frozen!!!!! It doesn't have a handle, be careful with your manicures, ladies (it's true) we lubricated the hinges of it, hellish noise!!!!! Electrical outlets not fixed Front door does not hang, you have to lock it otherwise it opens Coffee maker from another era, and above all in sad working condition Cobwebs Weak lighting fixtures, not maintained, there are burnt out light bulbs Toilets with glasses not fixed (Yes Yes) and not draining properly, we are still on the 3rd floor. In addition, someone took the liberty of entering in our absence to retrieve an extra bed, which came back 24 hours later 😡😡😡😡😡 We also rented a second studio, fridge noisy, ABNORMALLY VERY NOISY Old electric radiators, knob impossible to turn….. except by abnormally forcing

Trouver un autre hôtel ! Celui-ci n'est plus entretenu....... plus rien ne fonctionne. Volet ne fonctionne plus, baie vitrée ne ferme plus, un wc sur les deux ne marche plus, des toiles et araignées partout, plus de détecteur de fumée, les portes ne ferment plus , notre terrasse n'était pas nettoyée, le frigo n a plus de thermostat et la paroi du fond est cassée. Une plaque de gaz HS , bouton de la hotte encrassée donnant des difficultés à l allumer , plus de lumière . Odeur d égouts à l étage +++ Deux appliques risquent de tomber ds la salle à manger. Le dérouleur de papier wc est cassé. Etc etc etc ....... Piscine cassée de partt et grosse odeurs de fioul à proximité. Je marque rarement de commentaires à l issue de mes vacances mais cette fois-ci il me paraissait nécessaire de le faire afin que les propriétaires prennent conscience que leur hôtel est en déclin et que nous ne devons pas subir ce genre de désagréments.

Le cadre extérieur de la résidence est très joli ainsi que le village ! Quel dommage que ce lieu si joli ne soit pas entretenu correctement. Visiblement nous n'avons pas eu le meilleur logement ! le nôtre très vieillot , cuisine vétuste, prise très proche de l'évier non conforme, confort approximatif . Escaliers pour accéder au logement dangereux, cause toute petite marche en bas en plein virage , ce qui m'a valu une belle entorse , heureusement le jour de notre départ. Bref dans l'ensemble très déçus du logement . Dommage car le village et la région sont magnifiques. Cest vrai que la photo de l'annonce avec la piscine vend du rêve mais attention !! Pour la piscine qui soit disant était ouverte mais froide et la douche extérieure dans un état de saleté, ne nous a pas donné envie de nous baigner !
