Very disappointed in this hotel. Booked superior room and given a standard room. Whether issue was Trip. Com or hotel unsure but not well handled by local management. Told superior room available for 2nd night but was not given on 2nd night. Room had damp smell and mould in bathroom shower. No hot water which we were advised was a plumbing issue over our 2 days. Offered complimentary breakfast.
Sadly spoiled our visit to Aigues Morte. Compensation was given by Trip.com who were very proactive in trying to sort. Hotel management only procrastinated that it wasn’t their responsibility.

We had a super 4 nights here, great location, less than 5 minutes stroll into Aigues Mortes. Everything in the room snd hotel worked well. Beds comfortable, rooms ok if a little bit compact. The owners were friendly and helpful, and had a sense of humour- early in the season though, but the hotel was pretty full. Great location able to access the canal Rhine a Sete directly from the hotel backyard. The breakfast is outstanding, don’t be a mug book it! We found out the hard way that it cannot be beaten. Particularly thoughtful is the litre of water provided every day. I like the tea facilities provided in the common area - better than in the room. Pool was clean and all the Sun loungers in good condition. Super markets 5 minutes slow walk away down the canal bank. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again if we return to aigues Norte

Super little hotel. Clean, comfortable, lovely staff. Good English spoken but they are happy to accommodate attempts to speak French! Excellent breakfast. Easy 10 minute stroll into town. Parking in Aigues Mortes can be tricky so much better to stay here, outside the walls and with adequate parking, and walk in. Highly recommended

Having parked in the private car park the walk to reception was seconds away. Check in was quick and easy. The room was modern and clean with a comfortable bed, walk in shower and fridge. Our room had a door opening onto a terrace overlooking the canal, with patio furniture and sun loungers were available. The air conditioning was great. No lift is available. WiFi is available and worked fine. There is a nice swimming pool which we did not try as we arrived into the evening. Unfortunately there was no restaurant on site but there were a number within 5 - 10 minutes walk to suit most tastes. Breakfast was outstanding and great value for money. Items were plentiful and varied. I wish we could have stopped longer, next time we are in the area we certainly will.

We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Canal. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the town of Aigues Mortes and there is a supermarket (SuperU)with an outdoor self-service laundry nearby. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and the rooms were spacious and clean. Some reviewers have commented on the noise from cars parking late at night. We had no such problems and one member of our family was staying in a room on the ground floor. Would definitely stay there again.

Séjour de deux nuits. Tout d abord personnel charmant, serviable, emplacement idéal pour se rendre à pieds au centre ville, joli jardin, excellent petit déjeuner varié et avec de bons produits. Par contre déception des chambres. Les photos du site sont très bien prises et ne reflètent pas la réalité. Elles n ont pas beaucoup de charme, vieillottes et avec une climatisation fort bruyante. Le support de douche était cassé. Nous l avons signalé mais il n a pas été réparé. La piscine est agréable, chaude mais l entretien des abords laisse à désirer et là non plus pas de charme par rapport au jardin. Privilégier le 1er étage car l accès au 2eme par l escalier est un peu compliqué avec des bagages.

Nous y avons passé 2 jours et je dois dire que j'y serais bien restée plus longtemps. Tout est fait pour que le client soit satisfait. Nous avons eu nos 2 chambres à 13 heures au lieu de 15, avec un charmant sourire. On nous a bien expliqué comment se rendre en centre ville à pied, et laisser notre vehicule sur le parking gratuit. Le lendemain nous avons eu droit à un petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux. Les chambres étaient agréables et tres bien insonorisées. Vraiment un très bon séjour. Hotel à recommander

Personale attento e disponibile, buona sistemazione in zona tranquilla ma molto vicina al centro. La possibilità di portare le bici nel garage chiuso molto interessante. Comoda la piscina con acqua a temperatura. Pulizia eccellente. Buona la colazione anche se molto cara. Cosa non è piaciuto · Camera molto stretta anche se vivibile, la colazione pur se buona è troppo cara. Un consiglio, non mangiate la pizza del loro baratto esterno, l'interno era ancora congelato.
