Very disappointed in this hotel. Booked superior room and given a standard room. Whether issue was Trip. Com or hotel unsure but not well handled by local management. Told superior room available for 2nd night but was not given on 2nd night. Room had damp smell and mould in bathroom shower. No hot water which we were advised was a plumbing issue over our 2 days. Offered complimentary breakfast.
Sadly spoiled our visit to Aigues Morte. Compensation was given by Trip.com who were very proactive in trying to sort. Hotel management only procrastinated that it wasn’t their responsibility.

Good service and position for Aigues-Mortes.Good breakfast,maybe a bit expensive,walk into the town and get breakfast for €7.50.
Great looking garden along canal side.
Food offering during day could be more varied,again some really excellent restaurants in town.
Overall a pleasant and well presented hotel.

Incredibly helpful staff.
The staff were so kind and so helpful when we arrived. The owner speaks excellent English and went out of her way to help us get settled and provide us with informative brochures about the town. The hotel has no elevator but was very pleasant.

We arrived late due to unforeseen car trouble. The hotel was closed and no answer to the phone numbers provided or the 30 minutes my husband spent pounding on the door. I checked for e-mail but there was no security code sent. We called next day for refund but were turned down. Truly unfortunate experience. Thought we had to sleep in car but luckily found a hotel about 2 hours later at 1am in the morning.

Great stop for exploring Aigue More and surroundin
Great base while attending concert at south of France arena. Free parking outside hotel.
Friendly reception. Free coffee available in breakfast area.
Excellent location for walking to historic centre on foot, bridge across canal.
Large supermarket very close by.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for us.
A delicious breakfast and the ability to rent bikes were added bonuses.

We had a super 4 nights here, great location, less than 5 minutes stroll into Aigues Mortes. Everything in the room snd hotel worked well. Beds comfortable, rooms ok if a little bit compact. The owners were friendly and helpful, and had a sense of humour- early in the season though, but the hotel was pretty full. Great location able to access the canal Rhine a Sete directly from the hotel backyard. The breakfast is outstanding, don’t be a mug book it! We found out the hard way that it cannot be beaten. Particularly thoughtful is the litre of water provided every day. I like the tea facilities provided in the common area - better than in the room. Pool was clean and all the Sun loungers in good condition. Super markets 5 minutes slow walk away down the canal bank. We would definitely recommend this place and stay again if we return to aigues Norte

Super little hotel. Clean, comfortable, lovely staff. Good English spoken but they are happy to accommodate attempts to speak French! Excellent breakfast. Easy 10 minute stroll into town. Parking in Aigues Mortes can be tricky so much better to stay here, outside the walls and with adequate parking, and walk in. Highly recommended
