The beauty of the vintage 70s construction and interior architecture is masked by terrible interior design and lacking upkeep. They only had one suite left. We asked to see it first. It was a disaster and not worth the price at all. The room was stuffy and smelled of unwashed old laundry.

Those arriving in Ahvaz for tourism are certainly not driven by the desire for luxury. And in this sense the Pars Hotel does not disappoint. The Suite in which I stayed was more a choice resulting from the desire to see how it was made. And I must say that it does not correspond to the common idea of this type of room. Otherwise a clean, decent and quiet hotel. In short, a normal, and perhaps banal, but comfortable three-star hotel.
