The location is a little bit biased, but it ’s okay because it ’s all-inclusive. When you enter, you need to go through security checks. Welcome drinks are available. The room is relatively rudimentary. Take a bath at 1600. We do n’t even have a bathtub. The location of Ctrip Booking is not good. On the far side, there is no view outside, and it is farthest from the restaurant and swimming pool. In the bar building, the first night was too noisy. I called the front desk three times to negotiate No fruit, it was quiet until 11 o'clock in the evening, there are 4 restaurants, it is said that Asian restaurants are the best, because there are prawns, you can eat for 24 hours, but personally feel that eating up to two meals will be tired because of things Most of the duplicates are fish and chicken pizzas. It may not be interesting to live for a long time. There are three swimming pools. The children's pool is on the lower floor, which is relatively simple. The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. They would greet us with a smile whenever they saw it. It was great for us to relax and spend a few days on vacation around the island in Sri Lanka.

The infinity pool of Bawa architecture is a wonderful hotel. Many of the customers seemed to be from Sri Lanka. There were many people like honeymooners, but there were surprisingly many families and families. Although the hotel was a little old, it was solidly built and there was no problem with the plumbing. Service outside the restaurant was very good. The restaurant seems to take more than 30 minutes to bring out what you ordered at lunch. And it was a little cold. Coffee for breakfast also took quite a while to come out. Housekeeping and receptionists were very nice.

I am very satisfied with the hotel. The scenery is beautiful. The food is delicious. The service is attentive and warm. It happened that my aunt didn't have any sanitary napkins. The hotel didn't sell them. The staff helped me borrow some. Thank you to them.

It was the amazing place i have visited. Had a great welcome from front line staff. Room is perfect and had a great view. Dinner and breakfast was amazing and very tasty. Breakfast bufet had a wide selection of western and local food. I requested to arrange a birthday cake at the breakfast time and they were arranged a tasty cake with special birthday surprise. Overall can be give 10 out of 10.

Amazing resort location with large cosy and beautiful rooms. Highly recommend for holidays. Food is expensive though.

A good hotel on the first line of the ocean, located away from the road and from the city, in the off-season there are no cafes and places to eat nearby, so you have to eat at the hotel, you can take a buffet for lunch and dinner. The beach near the hotel is the only place for swimming in the off-season, a natural breakwater protects the shore and forms a kind of ocean pool. Friendly staff, quick check-in, a large and warm pool, funny badgers/squirrels, monitor lizards dart around the territory became an additional bonus to a great time. Beautiful hotel, all rooms with sea views, two swimming pools. Cons: lack of towels by the pool, we waited 20 minutes for them to be brought to us; when leaving the hotel we were presented with a bill from the bar, from which we had not ordered anything, it took about 40 minutes to sort it out, which was not very pleasant

Welcome - we were greeted well on arrival As this was our last hotel on trip we requested for an upgrade. The receptionist said the hotel was full but it wasnt the case when we checked with housekeeping staff. Rooms - The rooms are pretty standard 5 star rooms with partial sea view from the room we stayed in. Service - The room service/housekeeping was very quick and efficient but the service at the pool restaurant was very dull and unwelcoming. F&B - The food and the service at the main restaurant was outstanding. This is what saved our good views on this hotel. The manager was more than eager to serve us well. Pool - The pool is very nice- very big and well maintained Beach- The beach was nothing special. Overall - A decent hotel with tough neighborly competition.
