Lacks car driver staying facility, room sevvice is not upto Bench of international standard.

The hotel was a bit run down and the service was average. Checkin was smooth

The hotel is accessible and the staff is friendly. The reception Piya assist me with my check in and she did a great job. In the restaurant Lolita is super friendly assisting my needs during my breakfast. I definitely come back again. Room are clean and staff is polite and helpful. I will recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my dinner with my family. sundew restaurants was great seeting also every staff was smiling and food quality was a fantastic experience my family also enjoyed the dinner in hotel Ramada and I am also suggesting to visit sunder restaurants I really appreciate to Sunil and his team Sangeeta doing well job ..

Had an excellent stay with family. Food and service is great. The entire staff is very polite, hospitable. Sonali, Sangeeta, Nidhi, and Avesh were some of the members of staff here that were particularly helpful. Overall I had a good experience. Our stay was more than comfortable

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of your staff manager, receptionist and restaurant staff (Nidhi, Ravina and Jital) They were not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The check-in process was smooth, and I truly appreciated the helpful recommendations for local attractions. The room was immaculate, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed, beautiful view, or cleanliness. It made my stay very relaxing. Additionally, the amenities, such as the breakfast, pool, added to the overall experience. Thank you for providing such a delightful stay. I've booked this hotel on the basis of their ratings but what I've experienced is very unpleasant! on the first day of my stay we had a problem with television we called an engineer who took almost 1:30 hours to sort the television malfunctioning and right after that he found out another problem in the room electricity we had no electricity in our room for 2 hours which cause us a very annoying experience and stress we asked the receptionist to alter our room they said yes but right after 2 hours of wait the electricity went well working so we decided to stay in the same room because they assured me it will not happen again, I'd asked for some water bottles from the room service waiter the same day and i haven't received the water until I've called twice to remember them eventually following morning we found out that there was a water leakage from the fridge the floor was wet we barely could even walk and we complained that too. All in all this was my worst experience in the hotels so far i suggests the rooms needs to be more ungraded and up to standard while you charge that big amount of money for giving such a poor facilities, plus staff should be more attentive and responsible.
