This Haveli is owned by House of MG but is a 10 minute tuk tuk ride into the old city where the street are very narrow and atmosphere very old world. The Haveli is an oasis in this vibrant part of town. The staff are most welcoming and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. Could not have found a more authentic yet modern place to stay.

We so loved our stay here, better than in MG house itself! Our room was delightful, the bed was the biggest I’ve ever seen and quite deliciously comfortable. The boys who looked after us were unfailingly helpful, although their english was not over brilliant, and told us where to go and ordered tuk tuks and made it feel like a home rather than a hotel

The Haveli is located in the busy area of old Ahmedabad. It is nicely maintained and has all the modern amenities. Rooms are airy, well, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Mukesh and Rahul manage the property and provide excellent services to the guests. While the dining options at the property are limited, a tuk-tuk ride will take you to the House of MG, the parent branch of this property, which has excellent restaurants (perhaps, the best in the town). The breakfast ride is provided by the hotel free of cost! Other facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool at the House of MG, are also accessible to the guests staying at the Haveli. I had a lovely stay overall!

My first preference was to stay at the House of MG but due to the place being booked for a wedding, I was placed here. What I did not get in amenities from the House of MG was made up in the outstanding service provided by the staff at this old property. The property is managed by Mr. Ambalal and he was extremely helpful and available at all hours of the day to get me where I needed to get going. He even replied from home during his time off to make sure that I was able to get back to the hotel late at night. He made sure that there was no inconvenience encountered so he gets an "A" rating. The place is extremely clean with large rooms and allows you to see the grittiest part of town right from your balcony while being surrounded by comfort. The bathroom is large and clean. The place is an oasis in a colorful, busy and congested part of town. They arrange for transport in the morning to have your breakfast at the House of MG which is nice. I would recommend doing their complementary walking tour in the morning and evening if you want to learn more about the history of the place and efforts to beautify it. I would much rather stay here, than stay at any name brand hotel. You can walk to everything! I highly recommend it.

Не часто у меня отель вызывает восторг, но это как раз такой случай! Неожиданно в абсолютно не туристическом месте, не туристического города - потрясающий отель! Во 1х само здание стильно сделано под старину, во 2х внутри современный лофтовый стиль, и, главное, в 3х потрясающий номер! Идеальная чистота, очень просторно, дворцовый индийский стиль, живые цветы, тонций приятный аромат. Одним словом - восторг! На завтрак возят в другой отель на туктуке. WiFi хороший.
