The front desk service is poor, check in and check out spent long time. Not friendly at all.

Hotel was average. No problem from staff.
Suits as a 3 star hotel not 5 star.
Rooms were dirty, marks everywhere. Walk way was dirty.
TV wasnt working well,
Room service were slow as,
Food were very very poor quality. Do not order food from here ever.
Staff were ok, no arguments, i like it.
Parking area is dusty, no hotel feeling,
Lot more here to say but, well its average hotel experience Over all

Good staff Good hotel Overall experience was so good. I recommend everyone to come and enjoy here at affordable rates. Good to utilise all amenities like spa, swimming pool etc for n your leisure time while also a very good full fledged breakfast.

Staying at the hotel was a good experience. The staff is courteous and supportive. The amenities are good. The views from the hotel and decent. Menu options are good and the breakfast buffet was extensive. Check-in and check-out was express and I was even offered Christmas gift (:))

We had our conference at Club 07 attached to Wyndham Shela. The rooms are very spacious. Akansha at reservation was very helpful. Good bfst spread but slow service esp long wait for the masala chai to brew on most days. Lovely service by housekeeping team.

Rooms are unclean, the floor is very dirty, making your feet black as you walk over it. Room Service is poor and staff is unprofessional. There is no use of reward points if the same is not even credited after your stay at the property, and you get no response or update to it even after months of follow-up.
