The location of the hotel is good; The cleanliness is poor.
However, there are pests (cockroaches) in the room;
The day after I arrived, when the attendant cleaned the room, there was a cockroach under the bed.
The day I left, another cockroach was in the shower room.

It was nice experience in staying the hotel Cloud at Ahmedabad, the staff was courteous and food was good.
but I stayed there only for two days against booking of three days, you may consider return of one day excess charges paid to you.

Staff are welcoming and pleasant that's all the good part is.
food was cold and below average,
had to keep reminding them to bring fresh towels, hand towels and coffee supplies.
washrooms especially subpar, we requested to check the flush that kept constantly flushing and the insanely powerful jet spray that'll cause someone to bleed. we reported it the first day itself but nothing was changed. we loved this place previously but it's not the same.
