I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations considering the price. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which was not mentioned beforehand, and this affected the overall comfort of my stay. Noise and disruption from ongoing work were noticeable throughout my visit.
Additionally, the room quality was not up to par with the rate I paid. The facilities were outdated, and some amenities were not functioning as expected. I had hoped for a more pleasant experience given the cost, but unfortunately, the overall value did not align with what was advertised.
I hope the hotel addresses these concerns once renovations are complete. It has potential, but it fell short during my stay.

Paying 7k for this horrible hotel is waste there was no hot water only one lift is working for that big hotel and breakfast was horrible

We have asked for culinary at 11PM , no one sent it. We asked for water bottles and after 1 hr calling we get the water. Breakfast order also given after 20 mins again someone called and took the order by saying that “boy is new who took the order”

The fern residency, ellisbridge is not a hotel with rooms in very good shape. I felt the rooms and services were very over priced, the experience doesn't justify the price at all.

Breakfast not upto the mark. Very few options. Similar to 2 star hotel. House keeping and room service team response was good. Reception hospitality is missing. Rooms are ok. Cleaning required. Fans , TV and mirrors are dusty in nature. Lift is also not cleaned properly. Not worth for the money what we are paying.

Very poor room service , no once picked call at room service continuously for 2-3 hours , it was very difficult to even order food or snacks .
