Nice to stay there but room are small and need improvement in cleaning. Staff are gud n helpful. Size of room small need improvement in tideness in the room. Location of the hotel is gud quality of food is gud. Need to improvement in the pricing

It was very bad experience. Staff was not supportive at all. They were not understanding the situations. They didn't even try to solve our problem, I will never recommend this hotel to stay I had a worst experience with this hotel, i suggest them to understand the customer situation as well

Rude behavior of manager and staff. No respect for staying guest. I invited my guest for Lunch at the hotel and with pathetic behavior of the manager i felt so guilty and for dinner horrible cold food which was served under buffet, and they charged me for the dinner and while entering the restaurant they said it is complimentry.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel from October 19 to 20, 2024, in rooms 104 and 505. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon checking into room 505, we found the blanket to be in an unacceptable condition, appearing messy and with stains that were quite concerning. Additionally, the washbasin was not clean, which was disappointing and not what we expected from your establishment. Moreover, the quality of the food served during our stay did not meet our expectations. Overall, the experience felt like a waste of money due to these issues. To compound our dissatisfaction, the attitude of the reception staff and hotel manager was inappropriate and unhelpful. We felt that our concerns were not taken seriously, which only added to our frustration. I hope you take this feedback constructively and address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

Property has excellent location with easy access to transportation. Ground staffs were very friendly and co-operative. The complimentary breakfast had variety with good taste. Kids enjoyed a lot . Will recommend for future stay . Thanks

Hotel & room's ambience is good. Rooms are clean and neat. Hotel staff is polite and supportive. Food is also good. Everyday you can find veg-buffet. Taste is also good. I like the breakfast here. Everything is correctly organized. This is my official visit but hotel is very good for family stay also.
