There front office staff don't know how to speck with guest Cleaness of room was not up to the marks rest housekeeping service was good Restaurant was good but very less variety in buffet IRD was good AC of room was not good Overall experience is not like the 4 star property

The room is specious and clean too. All services mentioned in the description are there. The location is nice. Food is also good. Breakfast has lots of options for veg people . The staff is very nice. I would give 4/5.

The hotel was really good from outside and the front desk staff were also good.
But the price of water(simple) was too high. Also the dental kit was not there. Neither anyone came for cleaning purpose of the room. The check out time was also 9.00 Am which is really pathetic. Atleast it should be 10.00 AM

The AC wasn’t working in the first room, and it took them two hours to change our room. Unfortunately, the second room was located near ongoing construction, so it was extremely noisy. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Searched for something not too expensive and not too cheap. Did find this amazing stay and right on the banks of Sabarmati river. Eash to find, easy check in procedure, great rooms. Only if they could provide a cheaper mean of transport to the railway station or airport, it would be amazing.
