I have been to a very regular visitor of Binori. I appreciate their services and staff very much. Their hospitality is excellent every time I come across reception team they always smile and greet you with full energy. Rooms are quite spacious clean food is amazing. Special mention to reception team.kudos to them

Excellent food and service was awesome.. i can say this one of the best family restaurant in town.. I’m still dreaming about my meal at pol 21 Each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. Staff is very humble and professional. I will recommend for family dinner.

I stayed at Binori for my business trip to Ahmedabad. The hotel is lovely with a very cooperative staff. The breakfast spread is also very nice. The reception staff was also helpful and attentive. Vikas Yadav from housekeeping was very courteous and attentive to my needs. I would recommend this hotel to everyone for their stay.

Starting from Reception they are cold and after lot of arguments they finally agreed as i was traveling and reached 9.30 pm for my dinner in room. However the bellboy Ashish tiwari or Housekeeping staff Vikas Yadav and Vishnu they were so good they ensured that the room was neat and clean all the things that were required were in place before me even asking. Resturant guys of Pol21 especially Pintu Das, Roshni and Domin were so helpful they made the stay easier very helpful and understanding bravo to these guys who made the journey of my 7 days a wonderful one. You have the best HK and Service team

Excellent! Servants are too friendly receptionist are also good and guards are also friendly excellent food is also great and view I like the way they talk to me and very very cleanliness is there in hotel and my stay was very fabulous and good

Sharing my feedback of my recent visit to Binori Ahmedabad. Starting with positive first Staff appreciated for their positive approach. Especially mentioned their front team including lady manager at reception.Helped us in all possible ways. Food was good🌟🌟🌟🌟 Now let’s come to some of the negative areas that need immediate attention by the higher management The room maintenances most of the time AC doesn’t give proper cooling and there is a leakage every where in the bathroom area. given 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Rating just because of the reception staff for their hospitality and the food we had at restaurant.

I traveled here for some official work.the best part is it’s location easy to get transport facilities. The hotel is safe for girls travelling solo. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are nice and clean. I have always heard a god feedback about their food but may be the restaurant was packed so didn’t sort of felt comfortable.overall the service is excellent and front desk people are joyful and helpful.

Binori is kind of second home for us. Whenever we plan to come to Ahmedabad our stay is confirmed in Binori hotel. Though there are some areas that need to be fixed and improved but overall because of their staff and services we always prefer this hotel.during our recent visit there was some issue with the air conditioning in the room however as it wasn’t fixed the reception people were quick and courteous and immediately offered us the room change with a better option.
