We had a 4 star experience on our one night stay. The room was so spacious and the bathroom and shower were fabulous. Secure parking was provided for our motorcycle free of charge. The hotel itself is only steps away from the town and whereas you get the impression you are situated in a residential area, just walk a couple of steps to the river and follow it over the bridge into the old town...beautiful location. The reception staff were the best, the complimentary bag of mini cookies helped ! Breakfast was good and included in our room rate. We will certainly stay again.

We warned them in advance that I was disabled and not very mobile following a recent surgery and we’d be arriving Saturday evening about 7.30pm after a 9-10 hour car journey. They gave us no warning that the hotel restaurant and bar were both closed and there was no room service. They then told us we could order from nearby restaurants but there were zero supporting menus in reception or in the room - so we had to call the restaurants who were reluctant to deliver. By now it was getting dark and my wife was very reluctant to try and search out food alone from nearby restaurants in case she was mugged. This is the first time I have ever struggled to source food or drinks from a €100 per night hotel. Frankly - if this is their standard of service they should be out of business as soon as possible.

We loved the hotel, the decoration is beautiful. The perfect location, in the heart of the city, close to everything. I didn't have time to try the lunch buffet but I'll be back to try it! Remains pending!

We booked a double room on the day directly with the hotel. Cost 100 euros AD. There was a technical problem upon arrival and they moved us to another triple room free of charge. Lots of light, large spaces, comfortable beds, separate toilet with a door from the rest of the bathroom. Closed windows that lacked handles to open. Air conditioning that you can regulate to your liking. Acceptable cleanliness. Quiet and fairly well soundproofed hotel. Complimentary water in the room inside a small refrigerator that makes noise. Correct and functional treatment at reception. Breakfast in the cafeteria from 7:30 to 9:30 buffet style with a potato omelette to repeat, very good. Correct option to visit Aguilar.

I tried to make a reservation and after a lot of calls that were not answered, I was answered by “a lady” who commented that since they were not answering me I went to the email where they offered me the room for €78 when in ** ********* costs €73, which surprises me: his response is to do it for *********** and he gets all crazy, ending up hanging up on me. A shame.

Very comfortable, the staff is very good, the breakfast is quite good, the beds are very comfortable and the showers are spacious and with natural light. It is well located 2 minutes walk from the Collegiate Church and the Plaza Mayor.
