It's a simple place, but it's comfy. The service personnel was amazing, making you feel at home. A nice pool is available. I wish they had room service for drinks and snacks.

I chose the hotel through the city's website, I liked what I saw and I thought the location was great. I made the reservation by phone with Raquel, who was very attentive. Once there, we paid the rest of the room (now it's like that in all hotels). We arrived at lunchtime and opted to have lunch there. Good food, great service. Excellent room with ceiling fan and air conditioning, which I didn't use because of the low temperature at night. Hot water in the shower and sink, fridge in the room, excellent cleanliness. All very friendly. breakfast with several bread options; always two types of cakes, coffee, teas and juices(2 types). Staff who were in the lounge during breakfast all, without exception, very attentive including the maids and reception. All congratulations.

My partner and I stayed on business for 3 days at this hotel, which, by the way, requires payment at the entrance for full board, a true double sale! However, the food is horrible, really bad, breakfast is simple, so much so that after trying to have lunch shortly after arrival, I promptly gave up on having it on the other days, as well as giving up breakfast! To complete the disgrace, there is also no hot water available for showering! A disgrace, a disgrace! Stay alert to those who may be staying in this thing that is still sold as a hotel! There must be some roadside hostel with honest service and better quality!

I spent Christmas with my mother and aunt and I loved it... Great service, great food, pleasant atmosphere... But, as not everything is flowers, there was a kid there, who wouldn't stop running through the corridors... Other than that, it was a very good Christmas!
