The hotel structure and secoration, except for the spa area, needs an upgrade, it is a trip back to 2003/2005. The room was ok, bathroom had a clear ventilation problem and the mirror needed to be changed (had dark spots) Staff was really nice and helpful all the time, but I do have a complaint. Nobody requested our documents at the check-in, I had my baby daughter, and they didn't even request her documents. This was a huge concern. Spa area is really modern and nice, they didn't had clean towels when we visited

De modo geral o Resort é bom , no entanto alguns pontos precisam ser melhorados, um deles é o cardápio não atender alguém com restrição alimentar , pedimos um filé de frango a parte e foi cobrado $20 reais a mais , as bebidas poderiam ser inclusas nas diárias pelo menos as não alcólicas, no café da tarde não tem se quer pão francês, apenas pão de queijo e bolo . As guloseimas deixadas no quarto , não tem informativo algum sobre os valores ao serem consumidas . As reposições dos alimentos muitas vezes não acontecia ou demorava Os quartos estão sendo reformados , creio que ficarão mais aconchegantes .

O hotel em si é espetacular, a infra estrutura deles então, não tem pra ninguém. Comidas cada dia um cardápio mais elaborado e tudo de excelente qualidade. Limoeza de quarto impecável. Funcionários muito educados e muito companheiro. ( O Carlos e Adriano nos atenderam super bem!! )Peguei uns dias de chuva, mas eles e a equipe de recreação fizeram várias atividades. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes.

As acomodações são boas, o resort é bem bonito, tudo muito limpo e organizado, as refeições de ótima qualidade e com muitas variedades, tudo muito bem preparado. Pessoal da recepção, restaurante e camareiras muito bem educados e receptivos. Sábado a noite a opção do couver é muito legal e o rapaz que estava cantando deixou de ambiente mto agradável. A única coisa que deixou um pouco a desejar foi a questão do spa, domingo com chuva e frio, aproveitei pra ir no spa e a sauna estava desligada, fiquei 10 min só pra moça aparecer e conseguir pegar uma toalha, depois perguntei em questão da sauna e a pessoa que estava lá na parte da manhã foi extremamente mal educada, disse que iriam ligar, depois disso fiquei la dentro esperando e nada, peguei minhas coisas pra voltar pro quarto pq ja estava cansada de esperar e mais uma eternidade pra ela aparecer e me devolver a ficha da toalha, tinha que pensar 10x antes de falar com ela, pq parecia que era um sacrifício fazer o mínimo.

Minha família já frequenta o hotel a 14 anos e sempre saímos de lá com gostinho de quero mais. Estivemos novamente esse ano e não foi diferente. Tudo no hotel é bom. Da gentileza de toda a equipe, a comida feita com muito sabor e carinho , a equipe de recreação top, e as piscinas que claro são uma diversão e nos relaxam. O Oscar inn é sempre uma ótima idéia quando se está na região.

Refeições muito fracas, tem que melhorar. Poucas variedades e falta criatividade nos pratos e Pobre nos temperos. Quarto standard ruim. Box do banheiro com fungos e com vazamento na esquadria do piso, secador de cabelo estava quebrado.Spa muito bom, mas infelizmente tem hóspedes que ficaram saltando na piscina fazendo o famoso tchibum. Spa não é para isso!
