マチュピチュ村の中心すぐ近くで便利だった。スタッフ親切。ベットシーツ染み付いてた。枕おじさんの匂いした。暖房ない。シャワーお湯はたっぷり出る。石鹸、シャンプーは置いてあったがタオルない。トイレは綺麗。換気扇ないから洗面所のドアカビだらけでカビ臭い。洗面所の窓開けないと排水溝臭い。一泊が限界。朝ごはんパンメイン。フルーツ少し。ハム，チーズある。

Had a pleasant stay at hotel Machupicchu Inn, room was clean and tidy as well as restroom. Nice view from hotel room but got little noisy at night as it was right next to the street. I would say it was a great location with short walk from train station. Very kind and helpful staff.

Excellent place to stay, kind stuff people, good food, excellet location, good internet signal, concerned about guest. They offer pick up from train station to take you to the hotel. i love to stayed here

Terrible experience. Small rooms, very poor service. Breakfasts that ran out instantly. At the end of the two days I was there with my partner, I left my bags in the luggage room and someone took them. Luckily I had arrived to pick up my bags, otherwise the experience at that hotel would have been worse.

Terrible attention from check in, they said they would pick me up upon arrival and they never did, I arrived alone at the hotel, they didn't even offer to help you with your luggage. And to make matters worse, they didn't want to let my partner in who arrived the second night, even though I was paying for a double room, that is, a room for 2 people. I have been working in customer service in hospitality for years and in this hotel they have no idea what that term means.

No se hospeden aquí, la atención es muy mala, la señorita de recepción bastante despota y en nuestra estadía eran varios los huéspedes que se quejaban, de distintos países. Tambien se fue el agua 1 día. Nos tocó habitación a la calle y fue bastante ruidosa.

Me hospede junto a mi esposa e hijo en este hotel... es básico, bonito, cómodo, aseado, tranquilo, cerca a la estación del tren. En general aguas calientes muy bonito muy seguro lleno de restaurantes y zonas comerciales puedes caminar por cualquier parte sin ningún problema
