Amazing hotel with fantastic views of the mountains surrounding it and in a great location that is quiet yet close to everything. I would highly recommend it. The staff are both helpful and thoughtful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is exceptional. Service provided to us was amazing . We were upgraded us suite. Sent our luggage to train station at the time of our train . Although we had checked out early morning. Room was well done and location superb

This is the best hotel before or after your Machu Picchu experience! Not only they offered to pick us up at the train station (although it's very close walking distance), they also offered to send our luggages to the train station on our way out upon check out so we could enjoy Aguas Calientes activities without dragging around our luggages. Everyone working there was exceptionally kind, and answered our questions and requests very promptly. We so appreciated our lovely welcome plate left in the room, too! Breakfast (included) was amazing as well. The building is right by the river, and we enjoyed the view as well as the sound of the river flow from our room. Highly recommended! We would totally go back to this hotel and stay again next time.

The environment is very good, you can see the hills, very quiet
Ten minutes walk from the station, with a slope
The room is large and clean
Facilities: Breakfast is good, you can choose eggs, very delicious.

The front desk was very enthusiastic. He introduced us to the route and printed the Machu Picchu route map for free. He was very patient and provided good service.

Very friendly service that helped us directly with our bookings for Machu Picchu. This is located above a slope, so be sure to contact the hotel beforehand so that your luggage will be picked up directly from the train station. The luggage service back to the train station also worked perfectly.
