I stayed at Supertramp Hostel for two nights before visiting Machu Picchu. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t very pleasant. The shared dorms had no room keys or lockers, which didn’t feel secure. At night, it was noisy when I was trying to rest, and the room constantly smelled like food from the restaurant. I checked out at 9 a.m., and later when I wanted to use the restroom in the lobby, I found there was no toilet paper. I politely asked the lady at the reception, but she said they couldn’t provide toilet paper for that bathroom and was not friendly at all. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and facilities.

I chose the room with the bathtub, it was a beautiful gift given the cold climate. All the guys at the reception and those who worked in the hostel were very kind...I only stayed one night, I slept very well..The only problem was that I had the terrace above the room and in the afternoon two guys who were doing handstands, when they put their feet on the ground, they made a lot of noise, all the others guys were enjoying the relaxation on the terrace I solved it by going out and walking around Aguacaliente
