I chose the room with the bathtub, it was a beautiful gift given the cold climate. All the guys at the reception and those who worked in the hostel were very kind...I only stayed one night, I slept very well..The only problem was that I had the terrace above the room and in the afternoon two guys who were doing handstands, when they put their feet on the ground, they made a lot of noise, all the others guys were enjoying the relaxation on the terrace I solved it by going out and walking around Aguacaliente

I was here for only a night so I can't really give a proper feedback. It really depends from the people you will find in the dorm, they were quiet annoying leaving lights on and the door open. But the hostel itself ha a nice young vibe, the staff is nice especially at breakfast. There is a common area you can use for working too, a breakfast area and they organize every day different activities. Nice terrace at the top with a nice view. My room was small but ok, with a small separate toilet and shower in it but unfortunately dirty and with wet floor. The window view was on the internal patio/reception so quiet noise too. There are lockers for your small bag and your personal stuff, don't forget the lock. Bed was nice and comfy, with light and socket. Perfect location, at the top of the main street, ofc quiet expensive in general but normal to be in Aguas Calientes. Breakfast was good and served at 4 or 4.30am so perfect for those that needs to hike or get the bus to Machu Picchu. Simple with scrambled eggs, juice, coffee and tea.

I stayed with friends in both Supertramp in Aguas Calientes and in Cusco. Both are great, super clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. We had dinner and lunch at both places and it was amazing. I highly recommend this place. They also recommended places to visit we didn't know about and are so happy for the recommendations. I highly recommend this place.

I am a world traveler. I stay at Airbnb’s all the time and wonder what the heck are these people thinking with the nightstand 4 feet from the bed and the nearest outlet across the room. Not this place. It is set up perfectly for the traveler. it is set up to be exactly what a traveler loves! Lots of space, all the necessities but no clutter. All the practical amenities, including simple things like hangers, a towel rack, light switches that are in reach, a spacious bathroom, lots of windows, a little balcony and all the amenities of a fancy hotel like a restaurant and bar downstairs. Super friendly people! Super super friendly people. Real people. People who you can talk to. I rarely give five stars, but this place is clean, a great location, a great value! Nothing pretentious with a touch of fun. A terrific value to boot!

The staff are remarkeably kind, especially Gwendoyne! She took the time to ensure my stay was pleasant and stress free and she even helped me find some local attractions during my down time. For the room, the showers have hot water and the bedrooms are very clean. This is a grea and vibrant spot, centrally located

The best host of our entire trip! Pepe was amazing at accommodating "half of Honduras" 🤣 in his hostel, wonderful sleep, great food and amazing time at the bar. It was amazing, if you have the chance stay at the super tramp and try their Pisco Sour. You won't regret. Pepe fue un gustado hospedarnos contigo
