This is just an island of civilization in a dirty city and an opportunity to relax. Lovely big room with a comfortable bed, cozy pool and really good service.
Traveler's life hack: when trying to find a place to switch in countries like India, you can go to the lobby bar of a 4-5 star hotel. Here in the lobby bar everything was super, Indian white wine and masala tea 🙌
It didn't look like a Marriott property.
1) Arrogant staff.
2) View from hotel windows is not good at all.
3) Mosquito in the breakfast area
4) Full of flies and mosquito in kids play area.
No one would take care of your special request, was there for anniversary but none of the staff bothered to even wish.
Other hotel chains like holiday inn, Radisson are much better then Marriott Agra.
The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable!
Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

The perfect hotel in Agra. The real 5 star hotel.
The service is extremely high, the stuff can help you with everything.
The breakfast is delicious and there are a lot of choice.
From the Sky deck you can see Taj Mahal and have a drink (cocktail price is 1000 rupees).
The dinner was great.
And the best thing is a swimming pool.
The front desk was very friendly and it was within walking distance (about 30 minutes) to tourist sites such as Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal, so I was happy with this hotel.
There is a Chinese/Thai restaurant in the hotel, but I couldn't eat breakfast there because I had an early morning train...
Very angry! I booked a room for two days there. The money was paid by credit card. When I left the store, the front desk said that I only received one day's money! I didn’t have to pay another day’s cash. I had no choice but to pay it! Then contact Ctrip to help solve, but Ctrip has been unable to contact the hotel! Very irritating!
I liked this hotel very much! )
From the beginning, they met welcome, even the category of the room was increased free of charge to improved)
When settled on the tray, drink and cookies are brought as compliments 🙂
Very helpful pleasant service. Breakfast was paid separately in the morning - a Swedish table with a slope in Indian dishes, norms))

I experienced friendly staffs and the food were so nice. It’s so nearby to go for tajmahal eastern gate. This place is nice and peaceful stay at affordable cost.

赵赵Old hotel, the facilities in the room are old and the cleanliness is acceptable. Agra smog is very serious, especially in the evening, the air is filled with a strong burnt wood taste, sleep at night is awakened several times... The hotel has no fresh air system filtration, and there is no warm air in the room AC, for Agra 5-6 degrees at night It’s too cold to sleep! The hotel’s own garden is beautiful, with Indian dance performances on weekends and all the staff are nice. When we checked in, we rushed to three tour groups. The group meal filled the cafeteria, causing breakfast to be eaten at another restaurant in the hotel. The quality should not be collected. The next day the group left and everything returned to normal. Based on the price/performance ratio, I suggest you stay at this hotel when you come to the Taj Mahal. Be sure to wear a mask.
GGuest UserAmazing place to be food is amazing. Comfortable rooms mattress are not too soft which becomes uncomfortable. Staff is also very courteous. Must recommend to everyone in the perfect budget.
GGuest UserLocated in a good place, close to Tadj Mahal. Staff is friendly. There is a restaurant downstairs and a rooftop terrace. The owner was helpful. He is obviously interested in the affairs of his hotel. Food and wi-fi was ok.
GGuest UserIf you are visiting the iconic Taj Mahal and looking for the best hotel in Agra, look no further than Goyal Hoteliers. This luxurious hotel, located near the Taj Mahal, offers neat and clean rooms that are sure to provide a comfortable stay for all guests.
GGuest UserOverall my stay was satisfactory the hotel interior / ambience is very good. Rooms were clean amd the staff was also good including the room service. But the bathroom could be more clean. It was ok. Location of the hotel is good. I liked my saty.
RRavindranThe service at the hotel was good, especially for the breakfast buffet. The tea there was probably the best I've ever had. The potato curry and puri is the best food I've eaten in India so far. I would have liked the room to be cleaner. There was some hair on the floor, and the couch was dirty. Also, the water from the shower was cold.
GGuest UserLocation is very convenient. Hotel is comfortable for the tariff it charges. The staff are very courteous and well behaved. The food is excellent, but the tea and coffee prices are exorbitant. The restaurant is nice and cosy
