"well maintained rooms washrooms staff behaviour is decent food is awesome checkin experience was nice toiletries and bath room is very good we went with driver hotel management is so good that they provided food to driver and also allowed him to use wash room so nice"
"In total that was a great stay.
Good:
The bedroom and shower room are very spacious, there are several types of outfits are in the room which is useful, a good restaurant, an Ayurveda Spa experience, and very friendly staff who even speak a little bit of Japanese. They made me feel like this is a home.
Bad:
Sometimes poor wifi connection, but not that big issue"
"Location was excellent, all attractions was nearby hotel and main attraction of Agra Taj Mahal is on walking distance. Hotel interiors are good, there have roof top cape which set different vibe. Food is little expensive but it’s okay because staff is good. "
"Charges are high for basic services. Even water bottle charges are very high. Also there is no wall clock in rooms. And no buckets in bathroom. Room service is slow. Service and room cleaning is slow. Wall clock not present in room. Bucket in bathroom not available. Charges for day to day services are high."
"Your listing shows in city centre location in booking . Com i am here for work so now I wasted 15 mins extra each time ... Your staff is brilliant polite and helpful. Bless them all .
Your breakfast BHEDAI is bad not authentic . I am here with wife on business but really looked forward to eat all Agra food .. Found Agra surprisingly clean . Enjoyed our trip this visit . Was very apprehensive about the cleanliness on the streets . Congratulations ."
"It didn't look like a Marriott property.
1) Arrogant staff.
2) View from hotel windows is not good at all.
3) Mosquito in the breakfast area
4) Full of flies and mosquito in kids play area.
No one would take care of your special request, was there for anniversary but none of the staff bothered to even wish.
Other hotel chains like holiday inn, Radisson are much better then Marriott Agra."
"Go to the Taj Mahal and stay here for one night. The interior of the hotel is old and the bedding is clean. Don't ask too much in India. The service is good, it may be the legacy of the old British colony, and the breakfast is rich. The hotel is not far from the Taj Mahal, more than 1 km, the hotel is opposite the military camp, I heard that security is guaranteed. Overall it can."
"Our stay was pleasant and comfortable with staff very polite and extended best hospitality. Restaurant food and morning breakfast was delicious. Need to submit exact size of room selected. Else enjoyed the stay with courteous staff."

Great
SSoodTrident Agra proved to be a hidden gem. Their service staff was very warm helpful and friendly. Though it was just one night the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed the drinks at the bar and the in room dining option.
The presence of a potter, a palm reader and bangle seller added to the charm.
GGuest UserDined only for dinner on both night's stay. Was excellent. Buffet and a la carte.
Did not use any of the facilities. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfect. QS bed nice and firm (how I like it). Clean and supplied with the basic necessities (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel), hair dryer.
GGuest UserAmazing place to be food is amazing. Comfortable rooms mattress are not too soft which becomes uncomfortable. Staff is also very courteous. Must recommend to everyone in the perfect budget.
HharuxuTransportation location: The hotel is only 5km away from Agra Airport and 1km away from Agra Railway Station. The location is not bad, but it is a bit away from the Taj Mahal and requires a tuk-tuk, which takes about 20 minutes.
Overall impression: The hotel is an English-style building with a history of more than one hundred years. Before it can be seen, its owner should be a large local family. Nowadays, there are still many portraits of the owner’s photos as decorative paintings. The characters are dignified and well-dressed. It can be inferred that the person who can keep such clear photos in that era must be of extraordinary origin, probably a certain prince. The front desk service was very good. There was a welcome gift as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Our family of three each gave a bunch of wreaths on our necks, and we also put a red dot on the eyebrows, which is said to be a sign of luck.
Guest room impression: The rooms are very local in style. From the bed to the dressing table, all the furniture is very old and old. The room is equipped with a TV and the bathroom is also very large. In addition, due to the large temperature difference between morning and evening, each room is also equipped With the oil heater, it is very warm.
Public facilities: The hotel has an English garden with swings and lounge chairs in the garden. There is also a swimming pool in the backyard. The environment is good. You can see monkeys in the hotel.
Catering services: The hotel restaurant is located on the first floor and provides all-weather catering services. Breakfast is fine. After lunch at the hotel, the price is more expensive, the serving speed is slow, and the taste is average, so it is not recommended.
The hotel as a whole is very local. The staff is attentive and courteous. When we left, we also gave each of us a beautifully packaged candy. It is worth staying in Agra.
BBenThe ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable!
Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!
GGuest UserLike so many places around the world post Covid and in India… the rooms are old and literally falling apart in some respects. It’s walking distance to Taj Mahal. When you arrive at the gate on the way don’t listen to anyone trying to make you transfer onto a tuktuk or camel or whatever. You can walk from there if the person manning the gate refuses to let your taxi in. Or call the hotel to tell them to let you in. The guys at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice.
GGuest UserStayed in Taj View from 24th Feb to 28th Feb 2023 enjoyed the stay for 4 nights.
Excellent service provided, staff of all departments was caring and supportive.
Room was spacious , neat and clean.
Buffet Breakfast was basic and good.

GGuest UserEverything was up to mark. The room was neat & clean. Food was also quite expensive but it was ok. I chose thali which was good in taste & quantity was ok for one person.
