hotel was horrible 😭. no cleaning in toilets...all rooms are empty..no booking at all

Rooms are very tiny and poorly managed. Toilets are smelly and pan spitting everywhere. Not properly cleaned. It was already over priced but they charged 400/ for one mattress in the same tiny room. No toiletories provided. Towel was very dirty.

The reception and the staff was good and quick. The room was not maintained at all:
1)the blanket that we recieved have a large stain on it and was ripped from places. 2) the ac was not working properly and we have to sleep in hot place like agra without an ac. 3) tv was not working. 4) washroom was dirty and toilet seat was broken. 5) the wash basin was broken, they have fixed it with the tape. 3 stars were given only for the people there otherwise the hotel is a total disappointment and not at all woth for the price that they are charging.

Hospitality and staff service is good. The room was not clean when i checked in. They said that it would get clean(especially towel and dustbin) eventually but was not till i checked out. Behavior of the staff is very commendable. Food is not that good, you can go for tea though. Overall, its average if you are a solo traveller going to give some exam for a single day. Prices are a bit too high considering the facilities.
