Really nice hotel, just short drive from the Taj Mahal. Good service, good room, good food, very cold pool. Had spa treatment here, good value. Waiters sometimes a bit to eager to please,and keen to make sure we knew that service wasn't included! Very comfy bed.

Food was disappointing, repeatative, and not appetite . Even after complaining at front desk no answer. It just ruined our evening, Ii will think twice for next time to stay. We were 4 people, came to enjoy at agra for tours. Room was good. I was reluctant to write but to do it

Both bhari bhul ho gai he hotel me rehna ek to both day buffet was same n very bad even the food was stale above all at 10.30p m lift was not working n reception men was very rude now tell me food or behavior now u tell me ans wht I do this type of people n hotel

We had a great stay as a family, and overall, the experience was wonderful. The rooms were a little smaller than expected, but they were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. In the heart of city about only 10 min drive from Taj Mahal, 17 of us stayed at the hotel in the early new year. As we were travelling from Britain, I am always worried about how my kids will settle in. They loved it , the hotel was nice and clean. The toilets and showers great and upto the western as well as Indian Standard. The food was really nice at restaurant. Really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and them not having any issues serving all 17 of us with different demands without any problems. Top marks to the weaters there and the staff.
