This review is to highlight the great people who work here. Coming late from Delhi we had an Uber booked to Agra. We had booked another hotel before and it was not responding to calls as it seems it closed before we could check in. I called Travel Monkey and they answered and accommodated us coming in late. They stayed up for us to arrive at 2:30am. During our Uber ride the driver was stopping and trying to extort extra money from us. It was a very stressful and unsafe trip from Delhi that uber did not help with. When we arrived the staff members from Travel Monkey welcomed us and translated to the angry driver who was trying to extort us. The driver would not leave, but Travel Monkey staff made sure we were safe and comforted us. A member in our party started crying and the staff members surrounded us with support to make sure we were okay. They took care of the driver and got us safe to our room. These great people saved us! They also showed us where to get safe funds with the atm & the driver gave us more info on where to go and dropped us at our next location. Thank you Travel Monkey and friends! You are the best.
