There was shampoo bottles not hand soap in the shared toilet. No hair conditioner in the bathroom.
The staff cut my wifi connection immediately after checking out so I couldn’t call an uber. Airtel SIM didn’t work in this hotel

Good Hotel. Good Food and Good Service especially from the Cook, Satish during our Buffet Breakfast. He really goes out of his way to prepare a variety of items at the breakfast and bring it to the table. Compliements to him.

The staff here are welcoming, the food is delicious, there are many choices, and the location of the hotel is convenient. I think if I have a chance to travel here again, I will choose to stay here again.

I was happy with the room service staff; they were excellent. However, I was disappointed with the bed. I had to request a sheet change as they were dirty, but thankfully, it was taken care of promptly. The room service person was great to deal with—constantly on the move, attending to other rooms as well. Hats off to him!
That said, the drainage system needs improvement. Water was clogging up, and the toilets were not flushing properly. Additionally, there were no shampoo or conditioner amenities available for guests.

Horrible customer service,not even have courtesy to greet customer.All receptionist have attitude maybe because they have demand ( due to Taj Mahal)
If u have little extra money please book other hotel.Its not 4 start hotel, feel like 3 star have better hospitality

My mom and I enjoyed our stay in Fairfield Marriott due to the warmth vibes that the staff gave us. The room was spacious and everything in the room was okay especially the iron. The gym was nice but can be improved. The dinner buffet was okay but they can also offer more fruit options. The breakfast was really nice. Overall, Fairfield Marriott is a nice place to stay whenever you are in Agra.

Our favourite stay since arriving in India. Clean and tidy, good breakfast, kind staff. If going back to Agra we’d stay again.
My only nit pick would be to have more vegetables at breakfast, but this is unlikely to bother most people.
