"The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes drive from the highway, and 20 minutes drive from Malibu Beach. However, the hotel's hygiene is not good. I found that the bed sheets and pillowcases were not replaced before going to bed on the day of check-in. The sheets were wrinkled and there were hair on them. The customer service sent new sheets and pillowcases, and I changed them myself. The room is close to the highway and very noisy. The water temperature in the shower room is difficult to adjust, and the water output of the shower head is very small. The overall experience is not good."

"I called four or five times and found different people. They all said that they would call someone to do sanitation immediately, and in the end they didn't do sanitation. No garbage was taken out. The room did not add bottled mineral water. I went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water, and later found that the hotel actually deducted an extra 3.5 US dollar water fee in the deposit. Speechless 😓"

"Overall it was pretty good, the room was spacious and the check-in process was convenient and quick. The hotel also has a swimming pool, although I didn’t have a chance to swim. The bad thing is that I had to pay the deposit twice... I couldn’t even see the toiletries in the room being cleaned after they were used up."
