"Checking in the hotel was a breeze. Rudy was very helpful and provided all the information needed for my overnight stay at the hotel. The king suite room was clean and had all basic amenities. I was given free bottled water for being a member of Hilton. Breakfast was great! The best thing was that Trader Joe’s was literally just steps away! I would stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes drive from the highway, and 20 minutes drive from Malibu Beach. However, the hotel's hygiene is not good. I found that the bed sheets and pillowcases were not replaced before going to bed on the day of check-in. The sheets were wrinkled and there were hair on them. The customer service sent new sheets and pillowcases, and I changed them myself. The room is close to the highway and very noisy. The water temperature in the shower room is difficult to adjust, and the water output of the shower head is very small. The overall experience is not good."

"Great little place. Comfortable. Clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Lots of available parking for guests. Don’t hesitate booking you won’t be disappointed. Toiletries and free WiFi are also provided for. And last but not least this place is definitely well priced if not a bit less for what it offers and when compared to other of similar caliber. Great place! Happy with my stay 👍👍👍"

"I called four or five times and found different people. They all said that they would call someone to do sanitation immediately, and in the end they didn't do sanitation. No garbage was taken out. The room did not add bottled mineral water.
I went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of water, and later found that the hotel actually deducted an extra 3.5 US dollar water fee in the deposit. Speechless 😓"
