Paradise Island Villas

This is one of the best places we have experienced. The facilirties were wonderful as was the attentiveness of the staff. The design of the unit and the arrangement of the apartments was perfect. We felt secure and comfortable for the entire stay. We would not hesitate recommending Paradise Island Villas to anyone who was planning to visit Crete.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous place! The staff literally cannot do enough for you at all times - les by the wonderful Eleni. From waiting for us to arrive and settling us in late at night, helping us book water park tickets, guiding us with tips, and much more. The villa was perfect, very clean, spacious with a great kitchen. Pool area was lovely and also cleaned every day. Food in the restaurant was delicious, great options (we don’t eat meat and still loads). Breakfast was great - would love a couple more options of small plates but cannot fault them. Service is exceptional. Would highly, highly recommend!

From being treated like long lost friends on arrival till our departure the service at paradise villas is second to none! The villas all named after Greek gods is a lovely touch being spacious with full amenities. All villas come with their own pool and sun beds so you never really need to venture out to the other two larger pools on site so you can be as private as you want. We had breakfast included which was served till 11am. Normally we always miss breakfast because of the timings and food being so similar . However I think we all managed the majority of breakfast sittings as it was so good especially with Mike the waiter always being so helpful. We had lunch and evening meals at the complex on numerous occasions along with attending there special Greek barbecue event. This was great with loads of food being brought straight to your table by the ever present babis, who was absolutely amazing throughout. I can’t remember ever being made to feel so welcome by a waiter before. He really did make this holiday so special. As I’ve already mentioned there were other staff members too from the cleaning ladies to the bar staff always making you feel welcome. Paul and Eleni were always there to greet you every morning and helped us hire a boat plus numerous other excursions. Overall this is a fantastic secluded very private place and worth every penny!!! Big mention to their speciality food dish lobster linguine which was beautiful and a must try. If you want to not be so private heronissos is only a 5 min taxi ride away which is between €10 to €15 each way. This has loads of bars, cafes and sea view Resturant’s. Hopefully we will return in the future this was a magical find in Crete. Well done to all!

I really cannot fault this place. The Villa was lovely and the pool and bar area was immaculate. Eleni and her team cannot do enough for you, I have been to some beautiful hotels on my travels but the customer service here is the best I have ever experienced. The food in the restaurant was fantastic and the service was faultless. Although this hotel is not on the beachfront, there are several beautiful beaches, a short ride away and the staff are more than willing to arrange transport. Would highly recommend this place.

This was our second visit to PIV and we had a wonderful time. The villas are spotless and the private gardens are lovely however it is Eleni, Pol and the staff who make this place. Without exception they are all absolutely first rate - they couldn’t have done more. Thank you all so much.
