Hotel was extremely pleasant, super clean with amazingly well mantained gardens. The staff is great, super friendly and speaks various languages. The hotel has a private beach which is kept extremely clean as well. As stated in other comments it is a little hard to have a good swim due to big rock plates but that’s pretty much everywhere on that part of the coast. We particularly appreciated the variety and freshness of the food of the main restaurant (greek and international specialties are proposed with great choices for any time of diet). The hotel proposes a few shows and entertainments but overall it is very peaceful and calm which is highly appreciated when you want to relax! Manolis is definately the star of the bar & the dancefloor for Syrtaki tutorials!!! Great stay in Kreta for us!!!

We have had the most wonderful holiday, everything was easy. It feels the management of this hotel really care about their visitors experience and all staff, and I really do mean all staff, care that the holiday is enjoyed without looking for tips or other intentions. The Beach is beautifully cared for with the sand raked and the loungers cleaned, the loungers are also extremely comfortable. The catering staff are so friendly and the menu is wide and varied catering for all palates and tastes. The two swimming pools are amazing, perfect temperature and spotlessly clean. The rooms are great. We stayed in the older garden view room, a contained a good size fridge, all washing products, hair dryer and air con. The linen was changed frequently and both washing towels and beach towels were provided. We both had a massage which was lovely and really set the tone of the holiday. There is a gym which is well equipped but I must confess i didn’t use it. Drinks either alcoholic or soft were available all day and evening. I wasn’t sure what to expect and thought they might be cheap tasting but they were very enjoyable and a wide selection. There were also lots of extra touches. Drinks brought to you at least twice a day when by the pool or beach, snacks available all day, a meal left for us as we arrived late due to a delayed flight to name just a few. The hotel catered for many nationalities, I would say the majority staying were German but the second language of all the staff was English. We were the only English couple the 10 days we stayed and were made to feel very welcome. In summary the hotel was amazing, the staff were amazing and we had an amazing time. I have nothing negative to say and those that know me know that’s rare. I would not hesitate in staying again and highly recommend it.

We made a bunch of hotels and resorts and we appreciated staying in this one. Rooms are cleaned every day, personnel is kind and professional, always smiling. Food is correct, a few days was below expectations but it was good globally. Above all, size of the hotel is reasonable: no queue for eating, you will always find some sun beds available around the piscines or at the beach. No need to wake up at 6.00 am to book a place with your towel. 👍👍👍 2 restaurants besides the buffet: Greek (👍) and Italian (👎). Sandy beach but a lot of rocks in the sea, don’t forget your swimming shoes. Evening animations could be improved. We will come back for sure.

Para para paradise ! The staffs were so kind and professionnal we were considered as king and queen. We will Come back next summer for sure. The spa was excellent, I recommand to ask for Christos for your body care and massage ! He is magicien. I am not fan of massage but i left the spa with a big smile and i asked my husband to do same.

We loved our stay here. We stayed here in Ausgust 2022 The location is great, near by there is an car rental and kiosk where you can book some excursions. The staff is super nice and you can have diner in the two a la card restaurants. Almost all drinks are included except at the a la card restaurant. we do recommend The pool is great, there is also an Adults only pool that we loved.

We had a wonderful holiday in a fabulous place. This was a first visit here and hopefully not last. Fantastic food and service, peacefull place. Incredibly kind and always helpful staff, clean and cozy rooms. One of the best holidays we've ever had. Highly recommend you visit! Thank you very much!

We had a great time here and found the staff were excellent , from Nikolas the attendant to Georgiou the barman/waiter and especially Nectarina the waitress, all made our holiday very enjoyable. The room, especially the bathroom was quite dated but clean. The food was, I thought was really nice, but we were only there for a week. The view from the bar is fantastic, with the sunset that is wonderful. it is really nice to stand in the swimming pool and watch the world go by.

This is a fabulous hotel ! The staff are all very friendly and helpful, everyone we spoke to was fabulous. When we arrived, we didn't like the allocated room, but the reception staff were really helpful and got us moved the next day. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The restaurant team are amazing, special mention to Anna who went way over and beyond everyday to make sure everything was perfect for my wife and I. The buffet for all meals is large and varied with plenty of choices and the drinks just keep flowing. The pool is pristine and expertly managed, the gardens are gorgeous and the outlook straight onto the beach is just fantastic. There's also a wide variety of evening entertainment, all of which was first rate. We're looking forward to going back next year !!

Just arrived here, but wanted to write something positive anyway. We requested a specific type of room at arrival and it was immediately taken care of, with no buts, and with perfect service. Thank you very much for letting us feel u**ost welcome! The room is perfect, clean and spacious for us 2 and our baby. Staff is very friendly. Lunch buffet plenty to choose from.
