Perla Hotel

Just steps from the beach this family run hotel has everything you need for an island escape. The owner is kind and communicative. He puts on a delightful Greek breakfast every morning. - pastries, yogurt, toasts, hot eggs, bacon and sausages, teas and coffee included. The pool is a dream. Nothing else to say! You’re about 50m from the gorgeous beach front and have a variety of cafes, restaurants and shops right outside. The rooms are huge, purs had a queen bed and a pull out sofa, balcony overlooking the pool, and a kitchenette. You can’t beat the price for what you get.

Perla hotel is run by two brothers Nikos and Michaelis and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel and rooms are absolutely spotless. We had a room with a sea view which was very quiet. The breakfast was amazing and is served around the beautiful pool. The hotel is about 3 minutes from the lovely beach where there are lounges and sun umbrellas. The chairs are free if you order a drink or something to eat. We cannot wait to return next year.

I spent 6 nights here recently and I absolutely loved my stay. Nikos and his partner were friendly and accommodating and were great hosts. I stayed in room 107 and had a lovely balcony with a view of the sea. The room was really big and fairly modern and had everything I needed including a hairdryer, TV, aircon, sofa and a kitchenette with a fridge which had a small freezer too). The bathroom was modern and the shower was never short of hot water. Breakfast options are the same everyday but plenty to choose from and I liked it. Nikos even got me some oat milk as I don’t have cow’s milk. The whole place was spotless including the pool area. The cleaning staff were so sweet and friendly and clearly awesome at their jobs. The hotel is only a short distance to the beach and the walk is a simple one. There’s a shop directly across the road which has everything you need including bus tickets to get to Chora. The value for money here is just amazing, and the only reason I’m not giving it a 5 out of 5 is because the mattress was not to my comfort levels. Everything else was top marks based on the price of this lovely hotel. I will be returning here for sure.

What a fabulous hotel the Perla is, from the lovely family who own it to the great breakfast I couldn't fault it. The rooms are large and have everything you need, the location of the hotel is perfect with Agios Prokopios beach, restaurants and bars just a few hundred meters away. a great bakery is located just around the corner, perfect for an early morning Frappe before eating a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, I will return next year
