We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Havinia Appartement is an incredible place to stay! The view and location are fantastic, but what truly sets it apart are the unique pontoon and excellent snorkeling opportunities. The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, and the breakfast is highly recommended. The staff are exceptionally service-minded. A special thanks to Kelly, Patricia, and George for giving us wonderful memories to take home!

this is the most relaxed place on earth.. great family run apartment complex. great setting.. absolutely outstanding we have been here many times and will keep returning if you like swimming or snorkelling there is no better place to do it safely

We went very early in the season so it was very quiet. Our apartment was spotlessly clean with a stunning view that I would never tire of. It's out of the way so a car is pretty essential unless you want a long walk or just intend staying at the resort/pool all the time.

on arrival we were taken to our room which was very clean and light with fantastic sea views. all the the staff at havania from the cleaners to the owners are all fantastic and professional.. the food is wonderful from chef anna.. The sea is crystal clear and warm ( July 2022) what can i say the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming you don't want to leave. The sun shines the beer is cold and i just love this place i rebooking for next summer already... 5 stars is not enough.. thank you George and Patricia

Prachtig complex net buiten de stad Agios Nikolaos. Leuke én spontane Grieks|Nederlandse eigenaars met hun kinderen. Goed onderhouden en zuivere kamers met fantastisch uitzicht op de zee. Zuiver zwembad, ponton aan zee en goed eten en drinken in de poolbar. Minimarket en restaurants op loopafstand. Zeer zeker een aanrader.

Een weekje te gast geweest in app. 17 met uitzicht op zwembad en de zee. Prima kamer, goed bed, badkamer was prima maar wel erg klein. Zwembad was TOP, ponton met toegang tot de zee was TOP, lekker snorkelen, bar was goed verzorgd. Zeker een aanrader. Wij vonden het stadje Elounda veel leuker en sfeervoller dan Agios Nikolaos. Met een eigen auto prima te bereiken.

Eigenaar en zijn vrouw en zoon zijn hele aardige en behulpzame mensen. Het ontbijt is meer dan voldoende. Appartement was echt schoon!! Auto gehuurd om rond te toeren. Genoten van het lekkere Griekse eten en de gastvrijheid ban de Grieken op het hele eiland was top!

Schoon appartement, wel verouderd. Zwembad en de rest zagen er heel goed verzorgd uit. Maar een hele onvriendelijke onaangename onaardige eigenaar. Het is dat de rest van al het personeel en zijn vrouw en kinderen heel vriendelijk en aardig waren.

Nous venons de passer une semaine à Havania Apartment, on a été très chanceux d'avoir une chambre avec vue sur la piscine et la mer, une vue magnifique ! Les hôtes et tout leur staff sont vraiment très accueillants, réactifs, gentils, souriants. C'est un hôtel familial où on s'y sent vraiment bien ! La cuisine du snack/restaurant est excellente ! On y a mangé tous les soirs, bien pratique avec un bébé avec nous. Ne vous fiez aux deux étoiles de l'hôtel car il en mérite bien plus !
