Best Hotel ever! Great food, really good accomondation, great location,big pools. Very friendly service. The only.problem is that you need a vehicle to reach the town. Every room has great view. I came here for the Easter and the Sunday Greek party was great

We stayed here from 12th May 2024 till the 19th May. Really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Greece in the future. Came with my mum and myself and these were our thoughts, Positives Adults only hotel. There were no kids and this was very relaxing definitely want an adults only hotel for future. Such a peaceful and quiet place very lovely. No screaming kids made it a great experience. Lots of places for sunbathing and to explore no fighting for space. Lots of places to go and lots of variety. Lovely views it’s a beautiful area. Weather was great the whole time. Local people and hotel staff very friendly and kind always wanting to help we were treated very well. The staff are a credit to the hotel very kind lovely people. First time to Greece for me, will want to come back for sure. Our Room was large and spacious well set up. The internet was very good. no password and the wifi spread across the site very impressed with its speed and I could use it anywhere very happy with this. The beach towels being provided was great and the option to keep getting a fresh one when needed was much appreciated. Did enjoy the spa and massage. the staff of the spa were very friendly and the trea**ent was really good. They gave us a complimentary sun cream to use as well which was nice. Taxi service to Agios Nickolas town was great speedy and fast and good service. Really enjoyed exploring the town. Negatives The music coming from the restaurant area first thing in the morning. it’s loud and distracting we don’t want to hear this first thing in the morning when still sleeping. it’s the same tunes over and over again it’s grating. It’s also too loud when eating breakfast. We were half board and you are not even allowed to have water at your evening meal time unless you pay. I get paying for main drinks but not getting to have water is very harsh. You should be able to have water when needed as this seems a basic human right your being deprived of. They clearly make the money off the drinks but this should not come at the expense of the welfare of the guests. Water should be free with your evening meal for half board. Very shocked they wouldn’t even let us have water unless we paid. The food is bland in taste it’s looks pretty but often does not taste as good as it looks. Especially the desserts. Evening entertainment was pretty dull and not much variety. Disco nights and singers were mediocre. Like a school disco very boring and bland. One night they put Mama Mia on the movie for the entertainment. thats it ? Expected more from way of entertainment from a 5 star hotel. The Greek night we didn’t go to as it would have been 80 euro for the both of us which seemed expensive for what it was. A buffet and a bit of dancing. After the spa there was an immediate hard sell afterwards to try and get us to buy more. Recommending what trea**ents we needed when how would the know this ? Me and my partner used the spa at Aquilla Elounda Village. We had the best time, it was so relaxing. Everything was amazing, the environment, the service, the smells, the massage therapists. Vasia and Valeria were amazing, they made sure we were comfortable throughout our massage and catered to any specific needs we had. I would highly recommend them to anyone else who wants to try out the spa!

The ambience is excellent, my wife and I had a couples massage, my first ever. It was very relaxing and took tension away, particularly from my wife, not sure what this means? We also used the spa and steam rooms twice which was excellent as we had solo use of these and a body scrub each, the advice given was excellent and very informative. Everyone was very professional and friendly, Albina was very good doing both a body scrub and a Cretan Massage, thank you

Gorgeous hotel with clean pools and access to the sea. Very kind and professional staff. I used the 15 min free massage voucher given at check-in, and Christina at the spa was an excellent masseuse! Lots of facilities, recs and activities here.

Not 5 Star! The room was very dirty and there were a lot of issues e.g., door to mini bar hanging to one side so when you walked by it would catch you. Under the bed had not been cleaned for some time (years, I would think) with all the dirt, spider webs and insects. The floors were dirty, and the maid (I saw one day) was using dirty water from the bucket with a dirty mop to mop the floors, the wooden sun loungers were not safe – spilt in joints, the chairs on the patio area required painting and cleaning. The curtains were dirty, I can only assume not been cleaned since that was installed. The room looked old, it was not painted well, and the colour came off the furniture, it was small by comparison to other IHG Hotels we regularly use, they know what 5 stars real means. The double bed was two single beds made up as two single beds, only after we complained, did they cover the mattress with a layer of foam then used double bed linen, which didn’t fit as the foam layer made the two single mattress, too thick. The bathroom had a shower over a steep bath and no rubber bathmat to stand on. In fact, too small for two people to use the room at the same time unlike other 5 stars hotel rooms that have plenty of room. When we initially spoke with the TUI rep at the welcome meeting on the Wednesday and told this was not 5 stars, she became quite defensive, but in the end agreed with us that some of these issues should be part of the 5 stars. Afterwards she informed the management who supplied a plastic bathmat, The TUI rep told us the management would be in contact to offer a change of room. No message or contact that day, or at all. Even when we visited the TUI rep the following day she asked if the management had been in contact with us, No! When we approached the reception and informed them of the issues, they said they knew nothing about the change of room being offered! Then blamed the TUI rep. There were no facilities at all, not even a sewing kit. Honestly, I would expect more from a 3 stars hotel. The food in the main restaurant was cold at the best of times, unless you had something cooked for you, like an omelette. One could clearly feel that the management tries to save as much money as possible. Some of the pool sun loungers required maintenance fixes as they were broken. After the attitude towards us when we complained about the room, we gave up informing anyone on the issues we found. We were not alone. We spoke to two other couples that had similar issues. One couple, because they were there for two weeks, did get moved. Overall, I feel that this hotel does not deserve 5 stars as a lot of services which are standard in a 5 stars hotel are missing.

One of the best spas, really lovely experience and wonderful massage, Sonpla was excellent! Having the private area to myself for an hour was a real luxury too. Would thoroughly recommend a visit if you’re at the hotel, don’t miss out!!!!!!

Lovely hotel, relaxing stay in quiet location. Plenty of (very comfortable) sun beds with shades with wonderful views. Pool was cold upon entry but you soon warmed up. Second pool was a bit deep for me to do fitness classes as 30 min treading water would be a workout in itself! Food was OK with plenty of variety. Accommodation was quiet and really comfortable. Bathroom might benefit from a second hand rail on bath. Hotel is located a fair distance from village and road to it is quite busy with no footpath. Fantastic to experience the Greek Easter festival. Shout out to Sofie and Viola who tried their hardest to fix TUI's mistakes. Minor gripes was the slow service in the A La Carte restaurant and lack of step free access at departure.

What another fabulous holiday. Visit number 5. We asked for the same room as last year which we got and is lovely. View out to sea. Been a lovely 10 days. Because we have been coming for so long we get remembered and the staff are so friendly and happy to see us. We are like one big family! The food has been amazing as usual really good! Our clothes are now a bit tighter! We always look out for any changes each time we come and some positive ones. The new assistant food and beverage manager fortini. She is so lovely and so friendly and nice and fits in great. We did a fab wine tasting with her and learnt a lot. Eleni from the lobby bar is a credit to the hotel she is fab and she is always happy to see us. Eleni from the main restaurant her omelettes are out of this world! Just as good as last year. Zia from the sports bar and Lucas they were great as always too. The Tui girls were fab especially sofie and viola. We were happy to see bonkers bingo back! Such a fun evening. Only one bit of feedback. Whoever ordered the new furniture in the lobby bar maybe didn’t sit on it and try it out. As the wooden seats with the white cushions are so uncomfortable. There is no back support and you end up with a bad back and also feels like your sat on the floor. We saw over our stay older people trying to get in and out of the with a struggle! Or people sitting in them and moving to something more comfortable. We just had a fabulous time like we do every year and never want to come back home. See you next year
