Vasiliki at reception was a wonderful lady. Iriua, the hotel manager was simply the best. They both did their best to ensure we had a memorable stay at Anax which we did!
Other staff members, Elena, Mary, Alex at reception, Mike the driver, even the waiters Marios, Nikos, they all did an excellent job to ensure guests are well taken care of! Thumbs-up to an amazing team!
I will recommend friends and family to come stay at Anax! It is such a beautiful resort! We will be back for sure😘

Nice resort with good service. The hotel provides excellent breakfast and complimentary one way pick up / drop to/from airport. Reception staffs, housekeeping staffs and waiters are excellent.
Areas of improvement - need to provide shuttle service to /fro MyKonos Town because private transfer or taxi charges are exorbitant (e.g - taxi cost 20 Euro on way).
Guest relations person in charge needs to improve on her service.

Staff were not nice, argumentative, and did not hold themselves accountable for their lack of communication regarding our port transfers.

The views are amazing! The staff is proactive and accommodating. Many breakfast options. It is truly a 5 star experience. The staff goes above and beyond to help and are all extremely friendly! We loved it here!
